Beth was super responsive and the house was perfect! Everything was clean and welcoming upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and amenities easy to use. We really enjoyed our time there as a family.
The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was nice having two separate sleeping areas because we stayed with our daughter and her family. We would look to stay there again if weāre in the area.

Beautiful house in tranquil rural location. Owners responsive but mandatory exterior surveillance cameras clicking on and off every time you moved was uncomfortable. Should be shut off when renter is there, especially when requested.
My son was getting married. My husband grandkids myself and friends stayed to be close by. It was perfect. Very spacious clean and peaceful! Would have loved more time to enjoy the house!

Thank you again for staying at our cottage. We are glad you could all stay and enjoy being close by during the wedding celebrations. It was a pleasure to host you all.
We rented this house because our daughter was getting married and it was so close to The Owl Barn. Hostess was more than accommodating letting us have all the bridesmaids and bride get ready there. Thank you for being so helpful on this beautiful day!

We are so glad you had a wonderful weekend celebrating the wedding! Thanks for booking to stay with at our cottage. ~ Beth
We enjoyed our weekend getaway! The cottage appears to be new. It was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. I was really looking forward to cooking hotdogs over the fire and toasting marshmallows for sāmores. I was not disappointed! Sitting by the fire at night was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend the cottage to my friends and come back to stay again if weāre in the area.

We are so glad that you had a nice stay, and enjoyed some fun outside around the campfire while staying at our cottage. A relaxing weekend is a good one! Thanks again for booking with us, we hope you come back again sometime! ~Beth
We enjoyed the nice covered porch, being able to enjoy the outdoors with a nice breeze and a couple views of deer in the fields. The outdoor picnic table by the fire ring was nice for grilling and making sāmores. Inside, the air conditioning was a nice retreat from the 90* heat during the day. We went swimming at Dorchester park but it was cut short due to thunderstorms in the area. Iām already looking forward to coming back again soon. Thanks for sharing this cottage with us.

We are so glad you enjoyed staying at our cottage! Dorchester Park is so fun, so Iām glad that you had a nice time there, even though the storms had you head out early. We hope you can come back again to enjoy some more porch sitting and time around the campfire making sāmores. Thanks again. ~Beth
We came up to New York from Pittsburgh for a family reunion. This is where I grew up, and it is somewhat central for my extended family to gather. The problem is that I have a large family. Two of my kids are already married, and the other eight are still at home. So when there's something that we all need to do, like attend a family reunion out of town, it can be difficult to find a space where that is possible.
I am happy to say that this cabin was more than big enough for all of us to be able to enjoy our time together. From eating together, to relaxing and playing games; from enjoying sunsets on the front porch, to toasting s'mores around the campfire; there was more than enough space for us to enjoy each other's company, when you were not otherwise occupied visiting family in the area for the big reunion that we had come for.
Furthermore, Beth was extremely generous and accommodating. She was always available when needed and worked with me regarding the size of our group, given the nature of our trip. I sincerely look forward to my next time in the area, this home is going on my list for return visits.
