Don't miss any touchdowns while you are cooking with the 65" Roku TV easily viewable from the kitchen. The kitchen is a gourmet chef's dream with all amenities. The downstairs walkout basement game room has an additional sectional sofa, 65" Roku TV, card table, , a kitchenette as well as a private bedroom with a queen bed and 1 rollaway twin bed and a full bathroom with shower. A 5-minute walk to Davis Beach. Pups are welcome, poop bags and a trash can on the back porch are provided for your convenience of cleaning up after your pup. Absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed on this property and a fine of $500 will be incurred if this rule is not respected. Exterior cameras in front and back of this property are in use for safety.
