Apple Valley Lake spa-like retreat. Come to gather with your family and/or friends and relax in this newly renovated home on a quiet cul-de-sac. If you like clean and organized, this is the vacation spot for you. Everything is new including furniture, mattresses, Calphalon cookware, dishes and kitchen utensils. All mattresses and pillow cases protected with encased covers. Sit on the front deck or the back porch and enjoy the view of the lake and the wildlife (deer, hummingbirds, etc). The main floor has 3 spa-like bedrooms and 2 spa-like bathrooms. The main floor has a great gathering place with the kitchen open to the dining space and living space. Don't miss any touchdowns while you are cooking with the 65" Roku TV easily viewable from the kitchen. The kitchen is a gourmet chef's dream with all amenities. The downstairs walkout basement game room has an additional sectional sofa, 65" Roku TV, card table, , a kitchenette as well as a private bedroom with a queen bed and 1 rollaway twin bed and a full bathroom with shower. A 5-minute walk to Davis Beach. Pups are welcome, poop bags and a trash can on the back porch are provided for your convenience of cleaning up after your pup. Absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed on this property and a fine of $500 will be incurred if this rule is not respected. Exterior cameras in front and back of this property are in use for safety.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING ON THIS PROPERTY. FINES WILL BE CHARGED AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF THIS RULE IS IGNORED. THANK YOU!

PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET, THERE ARE POOP BAGS IN THE KITCHEN DRAWER AND THERE IS A CAN ON THE BACK PORCH.

Gorgeous property, porch looks right out over the water, and its just across the street! Better yet, my son lives less than a mile away, and we fot to do fireworks, on the lake, swim, and visit, all together! We even cooked breakfast and dinner, awesome kitchen for gathering!!Thank you Brenda for everything!

Nice location and property but be prepared to be nickel and dimed by a very rude owner who will charge you for AC being on (which we never used) and fridge door not shut all the way. Left the property with no trash and clean and still charged a fee. Everything is great except owner unfortunately.

My one request in checkout instructions is turn off lights and lock doors: door not locked, all lights on, refrigerator door left open and AC set to 68 and not moved to 78 at checkout per request all for 2 days until cleaning took place. Sheets destroyed with gum, several towels torn and ruined and obviously not used for intended purpose, all washclothes ruined, 1-1/2 hours to clean oven, interior door damaged, furniture damaged, garbage disposal needed serviced, stickers plastered throughout my home on walls, cabinets, shower tiles, appliances and had to be scrubed off, kitchen cabinets splattered, trash left on floor throughtout home, pics, pics and more pics of all filth/damage indicating how disrespectful this family was to my home, outside dog waste left in yard, deck gate broken, house full of bugs so obviously french doors had been left open, trash outside not disposed of properly … 11 hours to clean the filth left behind. Not rude nor am I “nickel and diming“ (and will be filing an insurance claim for damages) rather disgusted by how disrespectful and holding you accountable. Other VRBO hosts beware of this guest. He and his are not welcome at my VRBO ever again!

We loved our stay at Apple Valley. The house was in a great location, and we could see the lake from the front porch. The unit was clean and had lots of space for our family to sleep and spread out.
