Located on beautiful Whitefish Lake (part of the 28 Chain of Lakes), Sunrise Shores is a fun-filled Northwoods family retreat in Three Lakes, WI. It has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a game room. Lots of private yard space and parking for up to 5 vehicles.

HIGHLIGHTS:
We have four kayaks and a pedal boat for outdoor family fun! Gather around the firepit and marvel at the stars while roasting some s'mores. Reclining sofa, game/puzzle table, foosball, ping-pong and darts promise hours of entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has all the extras including crockpot, blender, electric fryer, griddle, regular drip + Keurig coffee makers - or cook outside on the grill. Linens and washer/dryer also provided.

DOG FRIENDLY:
This home is dog-friendly, so enjoy your vacation with your furry friend! We allow up to 2 dogs for $20/day (a maximum of $120 per stay). Just select the pet option when booking your stay. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them.

LAKES:
Whitefish Lake is 199-acres and part of the 28-Chain of Lakes. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. There is a small decline down to the lake from the house - not too steep. The lake is swimmable from the shore, has a sandy bottom, and gets gradually deeper. The boat launch is about 1 mile away and there is a Marina on the Chain just 3 miles away. Note that from the launch, your boat must pass through a large culvert to get to this home. Most speed, fishing, and small pontoon boats under 20' (and that have a collapsible top) should fit through the culvert. This culvert connects Whitefish Lake to the rest of the 28 Chain of Lakes. Please ask if you have questions about boat access to the property.

TRAILS:
You can take off from your ATV or snowmobile right from the home to get onto the nearby trails. Check out the various Clubs on our "Destinations" page to navigate all the trail systems.

THE AREA:
Sunrise Shores is 10 minutes to downtown Three Lakes and 20 minutes to Eagle River. The marina is just a few miles away for boat rentals, and there are snowmobile rentals across from the marina. Downtown Three Lakes provides the old-fashioned charm of a store-front community. Its main street is lit by antique lampposts and lined with unique shops and restaurants. This home is located right on the ATV/UTV Trail, where riders can cover a variety of terrain in the area, from paved roads to dirt routes.

GOOD TO KNOW:
The living room fireplace is NOT operational - but fires can be made in the outdoor fire pit.
There are 2 security cameras in the parking areas.
Bring your own lake towels.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
• Summer: 7-night stays with FRIDAY check-in and check-out
• Fall / Winter / Spring: Minimum 2 night stays with flexible arrival and departure days (excluding holidays: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas and New Year's)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking platform on which they made their reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms and conditions provided by the booking platform at the time of booking and familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions applicable to their reservation. For example, if booking through Airbnb, VRBO, , and other similar OTA sites.

When booking directly through us on our Vacation Rental Collective website a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
