Graduation/Birthday/Mother's Day
This place was exactly what we were looking for. We were celebrating my birthday and my best friend's graduation and wanted to get out of town but still be close enough we could sepend some time with our mothers on Sunday. The pictures accurately depict the property. Britney is a wonderful Host, and she also has wonderful help keeping the property and guests well taken care of. We were perfectly tucked out of civilization but close enough that it wasn't inconvenient to run up to a Dollar General if we needed something. There are also some wonderful dining options close by if you don't want to cook but the kitchen is furnished if you decide to cook in. The onsite laundry was helpful and the best were super comfortable. We will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the river more when its warmed up a bit. 10/10 recommend

A Great Experience
This farm property allowed for a relaxing and stress-free experience. The property is well maintained, well equipped and extremely clean. The cows were an added bonus for me! I grew up on a farm with cattle, so I was able to reminisce about my childhood during my stay which made it extra special! I will definitely be back!! Thank you for sharing your grandparents farm with me and my son!!

Peaceful
It was a perfect little getaway. I love how peaceful it was and that there wasn't any houses close by. I enjoyed having coffee on the porch, waking up with the day, and watching your cows. Special thanks for telling us your favorite spot at the river. We said many times that we will have to plan another trip back to be able to enjoy it more thoroughly!

Perfect Getaway
My husband, son (age 10) and myself spent spring break at the Tin Horn Farm. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back in May. The VRBO was cutely decorated with antiques. It was on a dead-end road, so there was no traffic noise, just peace and quiet. It was located nearby to all of our activities. We can't wait to come back!

Hello my name is Britney. I am from right here in Newton co and have several generations of family history in this area. I was lucky enough to be able to purchase my grandparents farm in 2021. I have so many childhood memories at this place and it means the world to me. I decided to call it Tin Horn farm in memory of my Grandpa Bruce Jones. Grandpa Jones was his momma’s only ornery boy and with a house full of sisters he earned the childhood nick name Tin Horn from rolling up a piece of tin and blowing through it to pester his sisters. His momma called him Tin Horn from then on. I enjoy several activities that this area has to offer from floating the river, horse back riding, hunting or even just a leisurely day fishing from the river bank and it’s all right here at Tin Horn Farm. I want others to be able to come here and feel and enjoy what I have known my whole life. Bring your own horses to enjoy some of the best horse trails and keep them right here at the rental. Take advantage of the big yard and enjoy family time or enjoy sitting on the porch with your coffee early morning observing the wild life. Take a short drive to town and have dinner at the Ozark Cafe. Visit one of the river outfitters to float the river. Or hike several surrounding trails. Most of all have fun and make some memories to last a lifetime! I hope y’all enjoy this place as much as I do!
