Welcome to the luxurious Villa Sea La Vie located in the prestigious residential area of Pelican Key. It's all about location with panoramic sea views, sunsets everyday, beaches and nightlife within walking distance, what more can you ask for. Sea La Vie has everything you could want with a villa. From the large pool and patio area to the infant pool attached. This home is immaculately kept with 3 bedrooms and the 3 ensuite bathrooms to Air conditioning through out the villa.
Sea La Vie consists of three air conditioned bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. There are two Queen bedrooms along with one King bedroom. Two bedrooms come equipped with TV and only the finest linens are used for your comfort. Step into the full size open concept living, dining and kitchen area with all the amenities you could ask for. From the large AC unit to the 65" TV and stereo system to the dining area and large kitchen area which is a chef's dream. We have every kitchen appliance needed for your stay. Fridge, dishwasher, double sinks, microwave, blender, washer dryer, stove and dining for 6. The large luxurious living room with seating for 6. All the bathrooms have recently been updated and all towels and soaps are provided along with hair dryers. This villa has everything you want to make your stay comfortable as home. The location is excellent and the views are stunning, sunsets only at this villa, so sit back and enjoy your time here. We are right next door to Simpson Bay with its many restaurants, clubs, casinos and beaches within walking distance along with grocery store close by.

This is a wonderful spot with a great view and a well stocked and great functioning kitchen. Close to shops and beach. Beds are super comfortable, great selection of towels and fresh water. Operator is top notch - any hiccups we faced were dealt with super fast. Highly recommend.

The villa is beautiful with a very large kitchen, laundry facilities and a good overall size. The attached garage is very good to have. The pool area is very large, with a beautiful ocean view and a seating area to watch the sunset. Bedrooms are arranged two on one side and one on the other side of the building, which provides nice and quiet separation and privacy, if needed. All windows have electric blinds for privacy and darkness, if desired.Everything is in good working order and very clean.Communication with the host is excellent, and they are very supportive, even if you need to adjust your schedule several times...At the location, it is quiet, but you are only minutes away from the businesses, stores and restaurants of Simpson Bay.My only recommendation for visitors: Download the Simpson Bay Bridge schedule to avoid waiting 30 minutes in traffic, if you need to go in that direction.Overall, it was a great stay and the villa is highly recommended!

Comfortable stay

Family Christmas. It was a comfortable house with separate bathrooms for each bedroom and a nice size kitchen and living room. Great patio with a dining table as well as sitting area and pool. Good property management.

Awesome Family Property in St Maarten

My wife and I and our 2 adult kids stayed for a week. This was the perfect location for us!! Loved the house, the view, the private pool and a garage for our rental car. Would definitely stay here again. Michael, the owner is very responsive, as well as the property care taker who is available for any needs. Highly recommend Sea La Vie if you’re looking for an awesome location for SXM.

Excellent stay during the Caribbean Multihull Challenge

House is in a calm neighborhood. Not far from restaurants and grocery shops. There is a garage connected to the house from the behind, which is very nice. Nice pool and terrace on the view side of the house. Good experience all together.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie! The space was perfect for our family of three adult couples, with a bedroom and bathroom for each of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, toaster, toaster oven, range, coffee maker, blender, and a refrigerator and separate freezer. Also we appreciated use of the washer and dryer in the kitchen.There was also a stack of beach towels for our use and fresh water in a water cooler.The back patio with the pool and water feature and ample lounging space was very relaxing. The view to the water was beautiful by day and in the early evenings.Sea la Vie is located a walkable distance from restaurants and grocery stores. One evening we walked a mile to Toppers Rhum Distillery for a tour. Marigot and Philipsburg are not a long drive, with lots of shopping and dining. We especially liked Little Bay Beach and visited there twice. We also enjoyed the St Peter’s Hill hike and visiting Fort Amsterdam and the Fort in Marigot. Also we rented two cars, and were able to park them both in the garage, which was very convenient. Michael was helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for our stay at your home!

Very helpful host

Our host was very attentive and proactive in addressing some potential concerns we may encounter due to island wide power outages. This was absolutely out of his control yet he went above and beyond to ensure we would be minimally impacted while on vacation. The villa was lovely and well maintained. We had a couple maintenance needs as you would in any house but they were addressed right away and had no impact on our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

1 Word "Fabulous"!

This fabulous pool and home overlook the gorgeous view of the ocean with stunning sunsets every evening! This home had everything you could imagine, and more! It felt like home away from home. There was plenty of room to spread out eat and be Merry with family. Every room has its own private bathroom, stocked with soaps, and a blow dryer! We visited the home during the annual Heineken Regatta, and we watched the sailboats every day right from the patio! The home had a Full kitchen, including blender for the perfect piña colada, plenty of fridge and freezer space, TVs in the bedrooms and individualized AC units. The house was walkable distance to many of the beaches in Simpson Bay area, and lots of restaurants. If you have a chance to stop by the local piano bar, see if Justin is playing, he was the most talented we've ever seen. Hope to Sea you again soon! c’est la vie
