Nice place in a great location to walking distance from a lot of great trails that are less crowded then the known places. A queen bed would be a great upgrade

The best thing about this property is the location. It is right down the road from a trailhead. We left our car parked at the VRBO and walked to the trailhead. The towels were amazing. The property was very clean and worked perfectly for us.

Hostess was very friendly! We were ready to check in at 4:00 but had to wait until 6:30. There was no coffee and the stairs are very steep to the loft. The rest of the house is good.

The stairs to second level are steep and the stair 2nd from the top is loose and tilts downward which caused me to slip on one occasion, and I could have had a serious accident. Fortunately, I was hanging onto the railing and didn't fall but if I hadn't done so I would have hit my head on the back of the stairs and slid to the bottom.

Absolutely perfect stay. The home matched the description exactly—clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better, with a trailhead just steps away and stunning views all around. It’s also conveniently close to everything in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an awesome intimate property that was perfect for a best friends trip. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location to get to all the local shops and restaurants. The surrounding natural vegetation and view of the red rocks around the property was very beautiful. We could watch quail and other birds while we enjoyed our morning coffee. Would absolutely return!

Great little place located close to trails! It was the perfect spot for my husband and I on our weekend getaway. It’s located close to town but without all the hustle and bustle of uptown. It was about 5-10 minute drive to Cathedral Rock and about 10-15 minutes to uptown depending on traffic.
