You're just a short drive (under a minute!) to Sedona’s main thoroughfare, Highway 89A, and a scenic stroll to popular trailheads like Thunder Mountain, Andante, and Sugar Loaf. For a deeper sense of connection and reflection, the Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park lies just a few minutes up the hill—an easy visit for morning meditations or sunset serenity.
Chimney Rock Suite (Unit C), is one of two private 1-bedroom units located in a guest house building on the property. Each suite is completely self-contained with no shared indoor spaces. However, a soundproof double door connects the two units—ideal if you're traveling with friends or family and rent both suites together.
There is also a completely separate 3-bedroom, 2-bath main house, Andante Trail (Unit A), on the property, rented under its own listing. All units enjoy private interiors, while the driveway and front yard are shared between guests.
Arrival & Parking:
The property is accessed via a gently sloped driveway. You'll have one designated parking spot in front of the garage. Any additional vehicles should be parked along the road at the top of the driveway.

* Note: There is NO stove or oven in this suite. There is an induction hot plate and compatible cookware for light cooking

Guest access
you’ll be staying in one of two private 1-bedroom suites, Chimney Rock Suite (Unit C), located within a standalone guest house on a peaceful 3-unit property. Each suite is entirely private with no shared interior spaces. However, a soundproof double door connects the two suites and can be unlocked if both are booked together for a larger group.
Also on the property is Andante Trail (Unit A), a separate 3-bedroom, 2-bath main house that is rented individually. All three units have separate entrances and complete indoor privacy, though the front yard and driveway are shared with other guests on-site.
Each unit includes one designated parking space near the garage. If you're arriving with more than one vehicle, please park any additional cars on the public street at the top of the driveway.
Please note: The guest house balcony is not accessible to guests.
