Port Lewes Unit 1 is located in Lewes Beach and is a bay front, end unit town home. The community that features a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pier. This unit is a three-story's with a first floor bedroom and full bath. On the second floor, guests will find the main living areas, which include an open flow from the kitchen through to the dining and living spaces. This unit offers a balcony that includes a terrific bay view! You will enjoy your time on the deck watching the ferry go back and forth. The third floor features a primary bedroom, plus one additional bedroom and bathroom. Guests staying in the primary bedroom have terrific views of the bay. This location is perfect for biking to the Cape Henlopen State Park or exploring the quaint town of Lewes. But don't forget the bay in your front yard or the community fishing pier!

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Parking for two cars per unit. Cars must park underneath the unit. Owner does provide a 220 electric car charging station with a 14-50 adapter.

This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $230.00.
