The master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the closet area of the master. The guest room has two full size beds with a full bathroom in the hall next to it. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals and enjoy the beautiful space. There is even a bar set up to have your nightly cocktail while listening to the ocean as you sit on your private oceanfront patio. There is a comfortable living and dining area with seating for all. The living room looks out to the private balcony and to the dazzling views.
The condo comes with cable and wi-fi throughout. The living room has a big screen TV, and both bedrooms have a TV. Come spend a few days or a few months during the winter.
You are located in a prime position. Steps from the pool, steps from the sand. No elevators or stairs needed. Every activity is right outside your door. The patio is comfortably furnished so you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views, watch the kids at the pool, or simply sit and relax. There are tennis courts, outdoor grills, an glistening blue pool, and a private 780 ft fishing pier. The pier is private to our guest and owners with no permit needed while you stay. Come to Seaside Paradise and make memories!
A maximum of one vehicle is permitted to park on the Amelia by the Sea premises. Vehicle must display a parking pass in the dashboard in order to avoid towing. Parking pass will be provided upon check-in. A second parking pass may be available based on occupancy but is not guaranteed.
*Please note beginning mid-November 2024 through Spring 2025 there will be concrete work taking place on all Amelia by the Sea balconies in accordance with the Florida Milestone Inspection Law.*
