Such a lovely place to stay, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. From the grill to the games, the fantastic balcony to large pool towels…it was the perfect fit for our large family. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Property was clean & in great condition to accommodate our large group. The location is very near the pickleball/tennis court and one of the pools. Having darts, shuffleboard, and seating that was comfortable for all of us to watch a movie together made for a great stay.

Beautiful home with nice views. Plenty of room for my group of 10. Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked with everything for cooking. Check in was a breeze and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot for a 40th birthday getaway! Plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. The place was stocked with everything you could think of, which made the stay super easy. The lake view is beautiful and the location is great—close to things to do but still quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled from Nebraska to meet my parents from southern Kansas and brother and his family from Texas. We had the most wonderful time. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond if we needed anything! Will definitely be going back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Carlton’s Landing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, welcoming, and well-maintained the home was. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need and more.The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our kids were thrilled with the bunk beds, which quickly became their favorite part of the house!We especially appreciated all of the amenities and the attention to detail throughout the home. It truly felt like a place where families can relax, unwind, and make wonderful memories together.Thank you for providing such an exceptional experience.
