"Raising Oklahoma" at 49 Ramble Along Road has all the charm of Carlton Landing, with the added luxury and function of new, high-end construction (completed Summer 2022). This professionally designed and decorated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home can sleep 12 guests comfortably and includes spectacular amenities such as a Nursery built off the Master suite on the 1st floor.

The Owners Story- In 2020 our family visited Carlton Landing for the first time. We recognized immediately the culture was different here. My wife and I grew up in the 80's where our childhood consisted of large family dinners, exploring outside, riding bikes, swimming, sports, playing board games, running from house to house in our neighborhood and playing with friends until dark. We only dreamed of a community where our kids could experience that same culture we loved so much growing up in Oklahoma. Then we found it!

The Kitchen and Dining area is built for entertaining. With the oversized dining table, Huge kitchen island and spacious living area, you will be able to entertain a large family for any special occasion. The elegant decor and inviting colors will take your breath away. The home features 3 King size bedrooms and 1 oversized bunk room with 2 full size beds and 3 twins. The home has 3 full size bathrooms and 1 half bath. The Master suite on the 1st floor comes with a large walk in shower and a soaker tub for you to relax or give the littles a bubble bath. The living area is equipped with a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV so you can cozy up on the extra large couch and watch your favorite movie. The common area on the 2nd floor is also equipped with a TV and a card table for family game night. The large wrap around porch is perfect for morning coffees, sunsets and has a large dining table for eating outside on the patio. The Tower court pool is just a short walk down the street if you want to relax by the pool or cool off in the summer.

Raising Oklahoma has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parking in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Beautiful and Roomy

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and 6 children to come together, but also have our own space. The location was great with some nearby overflow parking for our large vehicles. We rented a couple golf carts which made traveling around Carlton Landing as much run as it was convenient. We will be back.

Beautiful home/Great little lake community

We enjoyed our stay with our family of seven in this beautiful home. The neighborhood was very quiet for our March stay. There were several businesses that weren’t operating due to it being “off-season,” so be aware that things might be a bit closed down if you aren’t there in the summer. However, the home itself couldn’t be more beautiful and served as a lovely, restful retreat for us.

Great family vacation home!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It was a luxurious getaway in the beautiful setting of Carlton Landing. Lots of space and great main living/kitchen area. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials, but if you were planning to make a larger meal (big bbq), you might be a little hard pressed for serving dishes/utensils. There were very few kitchen wash clothes or towels, so I would recommend bringing a few of your own if you plan on using the kitchen much. We had trouble getting the grill fired up, but they sent someone to fix it within about half an hour, which was fantastic. We were very impressed with the responsive service. I highly recommend this house for family gatherings-we would love to come back in the future!

Great weekend in Carlton Landing

How is beautiful, clean and spacious. You can not use the garage, that is for owners only. We did have an electric issue with a fuse that was blown and had to call the management company twice to get it fixed. It wouldn’t have been an issue but it was the plug for the microwave which we needed for kid food. The home does not come stocked so be sure to bring anything you need for cooking.

For those using nursery

Wonderful house. Would definitely use again. We have an 11 month old and chose this property over others based on it having a nursery off the master bedroom (which appears to have been the master closet originally) such a smart idea for a rental. It worked great but it did not have an outlet. So we went out and bought a 35ft extension cord to plug in our monitor/sound machine. The house was well appointed having all the toiletries, dishwashings pods etc that we needed and a fully stocked kitchen. Of note, The upstairs bedroom fan remotes talked to each other (so if you’re trying to turn on your light with your remote it will also turn it on in one of the other bedrooms). All-in-all loved it and would stay again!
