The house was so clean and spacious. We had 6 guests and could have definitely fit more and been comfortable. The pool was a great amenity for us to have during the spring. The check in and out process was so fast and easy. This was the perfect stay and I can’t wait to bring my family back!
The house was a great layout. Overall it was pretty good. A couple things the game table and hot tub both were broken and couldn’t be used and that wasn’t communicated. It had everything you needed to cook and clean up after which I really appreciated. The bed was SO squeaky and loud if you rolled over. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay
We came from Minnesota for some fun in the sun. We had 2 days of rain, but the hot tub was not working so we were unable to use it which was a real bummer.
Our experience was very disappointing due to poor maintenance and dishonest management. The Issues:The pool was in a hazardous state, green with algae and the water was slippery. Despite the host claiming it was just 'sun discoloration,' it was clearly organic growth. Additionally, the jacuzzi was out of service, the garden was neglected, and the ping pong table was unusable as the net was missing and the balls were broken. The Management:'Stay Today' was not responsive and tried to avoid responsibility. They were difficult to deal with, and it was only after escalating the situation to VRBO Support that we finally received a full refund. The Positives:To be fair, the inside of the house was clean and the beds were very comfortable.Verdict:While the house itself is nice inside, the outdoor amenities are misrepresented and poorly maintained. If you have issues, don't expect the host to help, you will likely need VRBO to intervene as we did.
Our family of 4 visited recently and enjoyed the property. We used both the pool and hot tub and both were well kept and clean. The property is actually more spacious than shown in the pictures. If you rent the space be aware that the grounds contains its own boat dock and occasionally the owner/guests may walk by outside along the perimeter of the property in the backyard to the boats which were docked there but this was a minimal intrusion and barely noticeable. The game room was fun. Overall our kids loved it. 5 stars.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the house. The location was great, the pool was lovely, and the dock was beautiful. The house itself is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped, which made our stay comfortable. However, there were a few downsides that we wish had been communicated in advance. The toilets tend to clog easily, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some of the amenities were unfortunately out of order during our stay — the air hockey table, the ping pong table, and the jacuzzi were all not working. On a positive note, the service team was friendly and responsive when we needed assistance.
This house was booked for 6 guests for two weeks, but there was only one night where there were 6 people, two nights 4 people, and the rest of the stay just one couple. The major issue was the toilet problem in the second bathroom. After day 3, it backed up into the bathtub, making both the toilet and the bathtub unusable. A repairman came that same day, but the next day, it clogged again. The bathtub remained dirty for the rest of our stay. Other issues: The first night at 5 AM, the smoke alarms started chirping. The listing states "sleeps 8", but only 2 washcloths and 1 kitchen towel provided. Master Suite issues: The ceiling fan only worked if it was manually pushed, the window shade had to be manually rolled up, one sink just trickled water, and the shower floor was slippery and had no mat. Door issues: The door knob on the door from the house to the patio fell off day 1, the front door wouldn't shut unless deadbolted, and when trying to open the back lanai door, we got cut. The grill was dirty and did not work. The living room had 1 floor lamp with a broken bulb. The kitchen faucet squealed loudly. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken. The pool person came, but the next day the pool pump started cavitating due to low water level. I-95 is about two blocks away in front of the house. The hosts were contacted and replied maintenance would be there after 3 PM. At 5:30, they still weren't there and we needed to leave. The next attempt, we were at the beach.
