Property was perfect with two huge king beds with two large bathrooms. plenty of room for clothes. Refrigerator was adorable!. Plenty of seating for three of us that stayed. Very well kept, loved that it came with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach carts. Standing outside of the property, you could see the bay as well as the beach. Location was absolutely perfect! 1000% recommend, will definitely be staying here again.

Such a great location! Beds are very comfortable. The first bedroom (to the right) has a mini split that requires a sump pump to drain condensation to the outside of the building. It's a couple feet from your head and kept waking me up. It did not bother my wife at all. I would definitely stay here again, but if you are a light sleeper I'd take the back bedroom since that mini split doesn't need a pump and drains with gravity to the outside. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, and even brought me a fan to run (white noise) at night in the room to help with my sensitivity to the pump sound.

It was great having you back! Thanks for mentioning how close we are to everything i.e., beach, shops, and best restaurants. So many people drive to historic Bridge St only to spend so much valuable time searching for a parking space. Easy 5 min walk there from our most sought after location. Just about a 50 second walk to beach and about 40 seconds to our fishing dock! Thanks too for mentioning the cleanliness of our beautiful rental. Every surface is sanitized before every visit. Thanks for being part of our family of guests who return again and again!! See you soon!!

A quiet oasis in the middle of all that"s happening in Bradenton Beach.

The owners provided everything we could possibly need to enjoy the beaches and the fishing pier. The tropical courtyard isolates this property from the road so could imagine we were on our private island.

A great little private bungalow

We really enjoyed this spot! Tucked away in a little garden, it was quiet and private even though it was within a group of properties. Easy access to the beach, lots of chairs and umbrellas are provided (and carts to carry everything)! We loved our stay and time on the island. This will be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

Great location, comfortable stay

We all had a great time at this property and found it to be clean and comfortable. This is my second stay in this general location, and the constant improvements made at the property are apparent. The location close to one of my preferred beaches on the island is icing on the cake. Communication with the property manager was pleasant. Easy to recommend!

Cute little place

We loved this comfortable 2/2...very comfortable with recliners. Cooking utensils and pots, & pans. It’s very convenient, across from beach. Mark is very hospitable and answered any of our questions. Would love to visit again.
