The master bedroom has a beach front balcony. Its bathroom has a jacuzzi. Condo has basketball, mini golf, tennis court, swimming pool and is five minutes away from Rio Mar Beach Windhan hotel and its world class golf course.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Disconnect the air conditioners of the rooms. Leave the keys and the beeper in the table. Close the terrace door. The cleaning lady will come and wash the beds sheets, towels, etc.
Turn off the water heater, lights and fans. Wash the beach items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

Its 35 minutes from San Juan but still has an almost private beach. The beautiful views and beachfront walks are amazing. Owners are very friendly.
