Unit 122 is located on the 1st floor. It includes a Queen Bed and Sleeper sofa, a 52” flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a 4-top stovetop and oven, a sink, a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, a mini dishwasher, a table with three chairs, and the necessary items to cook a meal. There is one step up to access the bathroom. It is conveniently located near our laundry facility and the building's entrance.
Our units are equipped with various amenities to cater to your needs, including free internet access, a sofa sleeper, flat-screen television with Direct TV service, a mini refrigerator and microwave, a coffee station, a fan, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The place was great! No complaints! Location was great! 10 min from Donner Ski Ranch and Sugar Bowl. So close to everything. Very clean and has everything that you need. Perfect for a couple! We had our 4 year old with us, so it was a little on the small side, but no different than us getting a hotel. Definitely a great spot. Parking is right in front of the entrance to the building and the room is the first room from the entrance, so easy loading and unloading the car. We LOVED the location!

The room/suite was great. Bathroom could be updated though. The fan was very loud. But other than that, room was great. Accessible to the highway, to the Donner State Park, and great trails/bike paths.

Beautiful and convenient location

Easy to access and great spot with full kitchen. Greatly enjoyed our stay. (only small downside was bed/ mattress very soft). Otherwise no complaints!

Great Place and Location

Stayed here for a weekend ski trip. The place was clean, comfortable, close to skiing and looked just like the pictures. We had a hard time finding the building/unit when we first arrived on Friday evening so we called the host who quickly assisted us, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway for the fall season.

We loved the location, calm, quiet and serene. The bed, linen and pillows were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. We had a mixture of eating in restaurants and have easy heat and eat food. I really appreciate that we could stick our own housekeeping needs , coffee was especially good. We had one problem with the bathtub drain but it was addressed promptly. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Not as expected

It was overall a good place, clean and not too pricey. But we will definitely won’t be back. If I knew prior about the conditions, I would better pay extra and stay at another place. It’s a stunning location because it’s right on the lake, but on the property details you have a feeling your unit is there on the photos with the outdoor table, grill and a view. They should have listed the general property photos with a few buildings and location on the lake, and a few photos of an actual unit that faces the parking lot. The building seems very old and has a smell. It’s not terrible and we got used to it, but it’s there. The bedding was very old and didn’t look like usually in the hotels fresh and crunchy. The laundry for guests is a big problem. At least for one 2 store building there was 1 laundry with 1 dryer and 3 washing machines 2 of which are out of service. Considering it’s winter and everyone needs to dry snow gear after. It’s definitely a motel style which is ok, but they tried to present their unit higher which didn’t work out.
