Home is air conditioned/heated and both bedrooms have king size beds and 55” 4k smart televisions. The full kitchen is well-equipped with newer appliances and brand-new washer and dryer.

The house is designed to be spacious and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The heated pool provides a refreshing escape backing up to a tranquil pond. This home is perfect for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds - the privacy of a large lot and the convenience of being close to Downtown and Siesta Key Beach.
