Perfect Dripping Springs Getaway!

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time. Everything was labeled and clean. Great location near several wineries. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Escape /Family & Dog Friendly!

We absolutely loved our recent stay at this house. The house is gorgeous, well stocked and has a gorgeous backyard space. It was just what our family needed - two adults, toddler and dog all enjoyed ourselves!

Lovely quiet place

This was a great place to stay. It was spacious and lovely. The beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. We loved the deck, the outside spaces, and the courtyard.

Great hideaway w great location

We were in town for a wedding in Dripping Springs. Great location for our venue. Fun shopping in town. House was perfect for our needs and very clean. 4 couples and a baby. Plenty of room. Good restraunts close by. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great Location/Great Communication

We stayed here with family for our daughter's wedding. Jeanette was awesome to work with and such a helpful/kind person. She went out of her way to make sure that our flower delivery (that happened to arrive earlier than expected) was taken care of. I would definitely stay here again :-)

Siblings get together

This property was perfect for our trip. We were 4 siblings with spouses from New York, Seattle, Wisconsin and Dallas. The property is central to Austin, Gruene and Fredericksburg. All within 30-60 minutes.

Absolutely Stunning

From booking our stay till leaving we had an awesome experience! This property is beautiful and was the perfect place for our family. Some of us flew in from Illinois and the others drove in from Houston. The home looks just like the pictures. Jeanette was great to work with. She answered any questions we had promptly. House was spacious and the location was great. Will most likely book home again!

Lovely home with sunrise views

This property has 5 nice sized bedrooms which makes it a great home for a family get-together. The kitchen is well equipped. We were able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner here. The backyard is fenced and spacious. In the mornings, we could enjoy the sunrise from the large windows in the master bedroom. The property manager is very responsive to any issue or inquiry.

The property provided a great stay for a large family, in town for our son's wedding at a local venue. Easy and great communication with the host. Overall the home was clean, except for bathroom and kitchen floors, e.g., dust bunnies on the floor and hair in drawers. On a side note, several lights in upstairs flickered and need to be changed. Oven worked, but did not reflect the oven temp or if it was on. Large kitchen and island accommodated all of us. The hot tub, game room, property, and location was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property size was just right. My girls enjoyed the hot tub. The bathroom in the master bedroom is amazing!! The guidebook the host prepared was very helpful. The home is very close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was decently stocked for cooking. My only complaints are some of the kitchenware wasn’t intuitively placed, such as a the cutting boards all crammed into a drawer, but also a giant one above the oven so the smaller ones were overlooked. The oven display is very faint, which made it hard to see if the oven was on or not, and the hood oven the stove might need more instructions than don’t push the buttons hard. It would run for about 30 seconds and turn off. Again, slight things that did not take away from our visit. We would definitely book again if we were staying in Dripping Springs.

Hill Country

Clean, well stocked and nicely furnished home in a quiet neighborhood. Landscaping needs attention, but they are in a drought. We had one major issue, upstairs bath (not master) did not provide hot water which is meant to serve 3 bedrooms. The host was attentive to our situation however it couldn’t be remedied during our stay which was annoying. Other than that, we all found the home and amenities pleasant.
