Apartment Seafront in Gran Canaria

Apartment with garden, swimming pool, solarium and direct access to the beach.
In the private garden you have an awning to protect you from the sun, a large table to enjoy breakfast / lunch and dinner outdoors and you can have great barbecues, as well as enjoy a typical Spanish siesta in the outdoor armchair.
In the living room you have air conditioning, a sofa bed for two people, a 50" SmartTV and WIFI and high-speed internet (1Gbps).
In the kitchen you have an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, coffee maker, water heater and all the necessary kitchen utensils for a family, as well as a folding side table in case you feel like eating inside.
In the bedroom you have air conditioning, ceiling fan, a 2m x 1.8m king size bed, 37" SmartTV, 2 pull-out single beds 90 cm wide. We also have a cot and high chair for the little ones.
The pool is fenced as well as the apartment's garden so that the little ones can play safely.
We have sheets, Nordic quilts, bath and beach towels, ironing board, iron...
To enjoy outside you have a large solarium where you can read, do yoga and sunbathe quietly, a large swimming pool, a tropical garden and the beach so you can completely relax.

Perfect

We´ve been on five island and five appartments on the canary islands. This one was the best accomodation we stayed in. It has a modern facility, a big living room, a small garden and a very nice Terrace. You´re just on the beach; you have a nice pool. Furthermore was the equipment really detailed and helpful. You had this small stuff, that you need in every appartment like oil, vinegar, salt, spices, coffee... and good kitchen ware... and beer in the fridge;-) Thank you so much Josue and Serenella. Die Auf- und Vorbereitung der Infos über Gran Canaria und über die Anfahrt zur Ferienwohnung durch unseren Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich gut. Auch bei Problemen (kranke Kinder, neue Bettwäsche , etc) war er immer schnell erreichbar und super hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Spielzeug und Babybett. Und sogar ein Welcome-Essenspaket stellte er uns zur Verfügung - eine tolle Überraschung am Anreisetag.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt

Wir haben 10 sehr schöne Tage in diesem Apartment verbracht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, lediglich die Stühle auf der Terrasse könnten gegen etwas bequemere größere Stühle getauscht werden.

Beautiful Appartment

We have spent 2 wonderful weeks in the apartment. It is very clean with nice interior and modern equipped kitchen. The terrace is just beautiful and perfect for breakfast while enjoying the ocean view. The apartment's location is very good. By car you can reach the Playa Ingles and Dunes of Maspalomas in less than 10 Minutes. The airport is just 25 minutes away. The beach Playa del Aguila is very nice, clean and not very crowded. We can highly recommend it!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Anlage und Wohnung waren super. Extrem kinderfreundlich und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Unsere Anreise war etwas später geworden, aber kein Problem. Die Anlage und Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen. Unser Kind 17 Monate hatte sehr viel Spaß 😊.

Good apartment, wrong location.

The apartment was well equipped,with a proper double bed, the complex was well maintained with beautiful plants and trees. I had not realized it was such a windy location and so quiet, the few eating places were devoid of customers apart from the one night Drop Inn had a buffet and live music ( that only lasted 45 minutes). The apartment scores highly, but it was the wrong location for us unfortunately.

Schönes Appartment und Lage - Sehr empehlenswert

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 15/13) haben Anfangs Oktober 10 Tage in diesem Appartement verbracht. Das Appartement war zweckmässig und vollständig eingerichtet (sogar mit Induktionsherd !). Kleiner aber feiner Laden für kleinere Einkäufe gibt's ganz in der Nähe. Der nahe Swimmingpool mit der grossen Sonnenterasse mit schöner Aussicht sowie die Strandnähe haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Strand besteht zwar aus einem Streifen mit grösseren Steinen, aber beim und im Wasser ist alles feiner Sand. Da durch die Jahreszeit nicht alle Appartements belegt waren, gab es sehr viel Platz und Ruhe. Es war auch ein gute Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Mietauto ins Landesinnere oder entlang der Küste. Wir haben auch einige andere Strände besucht, aber so ruhig und übersichtlich haben wir es nur hier angetroffen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Alles war wie beschrieben, das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. In der Küche war alles was man braucht, toller Grill im Garten. Alles sehr sauber. Die Anlage sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Direkter Zugang zum Strand, man kann gut ins Wasser gehen. Bequemes großes Bett. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Paola vorort war reibungslos und nett. Absolut super!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist perfekt und die Außenanlage gepflegt mit netten Nachbarn. Somit würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

A wonderfull Place with a perfect Apartment

The Place from Playa del Aguila was perfect quiet,and with a 20 minutes walk you are at the next big beach with a lot of bars and restaurants. Our Beach was downstairs to reach,very short.The Apartment has all Things that you needed and very friendly people there.

Perfect!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, it was lovely and clean when we arrived and the pool was much bigger than it looks on the picture! The beach was really quiet on weekdays and got busier on the weekend. There weren't many bars or restaurants open in the area however the bus stop was round the corner and it was $2.80 for the two of us to get into Playa del Ingles 10 minutes away which was full of places to go out to eat and lots of bars, it was nice to come back to the quiet apartment after a busy day out! Would recommend and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Josue and Paola!

Schönes Apartment, gute Ausstattung, perfekt Lage

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen mit unserer kleinen Tochter. Das Apartment und die ganze Anlage sind top gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und liegen herrlich abseits der ganzen Touri Ströme. Der Pool ist groß genug um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen, und er Zugang zum Strand ist einfach. Alles in allem wirklich super, das Mieten eines Autos vorausgesetzt.

Just right for a couple

Ideally located for exploring the island. We had a car so were able to get to several nice beaches very easily. Hadn't realised there wasn't an oven at the apartment so it was tricky to cook pizza (!) but most other things were provided and the place was very comfortable. Patience can be required when searching for a parking space. The complex has a lovely pool and large patio with sunbeds overlooking the sea.

Great place. Well equipped unit on the Ocean

Beautiful setting. Nice to wake up in the morning open the curtains and be able to see and hear the ocean. At first we were a bit disappointed that the beach was quite full of pebbles and not that long but after going into Playa del Inglis that is only a 10 min cab ride away you get your fill of long dune beaches people bars and restaurants. It's really very nice to come home to the peaceful sun club. Bliss.

Tolle ruhige Lage direkt am Strand, super ausgestattet, im Umfeld wenig los

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser Anlage. Die Wohnung und auch die Anlage selbst mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. In dem Apartment war wirklich alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Apartment gerne weiterempfehlen an diejenigen, die Ruhe suchen.
