Very comfortable, great location

We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable accommodations. Great place to sit in the really comfortable chairs on the porch and watch everything happening in town. Walking distance to anything you could want, hope to be back soon.

Great time in Dunedin

The unit was just as described and the location was perfect, directly across from the park. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted around town. We only had a short drive to Honeymoon Beach and went several times during our stay. We will definitely returning to The Yellow House.

Excellent location and value!

We love bring able to walk everywhere when we are on vacation and the location was perfect! We aren't picky people but if you are just be aware the place could use just a little sprucing up. But for the price it exceeded our expectations. It was nice to find beach chairs, a cooler, and towels in the closet for when we went to honeymoon island!

Fulfilled bucket list

Went for spring training wanted to be right downtown. Excellent location.. accommodation excellent for short stay. Loved coffee every morning on the front porch. Pop up market was so fun. The bed could do with a mattress upgrade to match the other amazing amenities in the unit. We appreciated all the little extras that the host provided for our stay.
