Dunedin Blue Bird Bungalow

This cozy and charming Dunedin bungalow is perfectly located. In half a block awaits the Pinellas Trail, and a few blocks more brings you to the water! This home is located in the City of Dunedin , the home to Honeymoon Island. Only a block from the Toronto Blue Jays stadium less than a mile to delicious restaurants, quaint shops, parks, and downtown fun. With a comfy couch, large screen TV, outdoor patio with chairs, and a gas grill, beach essentials, there is something here for everyone!
The space
A newly updated two bedroom, one bath house! Hardwood floors throughout and large windows that welcome in lots of natural light! Walk in the front door to an open living room that leads right into the kitchen. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail on our front or back patio!

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the main house.
We just ask guests not to access the room off of the laundry room. We use that for storage. Thank you!

Other Notes:
We are a pet friendly home, but do require a $200 pet fee. It does require our cleaners to spend extra time deep cleaning from pets, so please be respectful of the fee. If it is discovered that you do bring pets, but have not paid the deposit, we will charge an additional $300 for cleaning after check out.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Please pick up after your pets. We provide doggy pickup bags in the backyard by the gravel. Please do not let your pets on any of the furniture.
There is an interior door in the laundry room that accesses our storage space and private yard. However, it remains locked and is inaccessible.

Great location. House well laid out and comfortable and convenient taking out our dog. Extra beach items we forgot to bring (chairs, umbrella, etc.) came in very handy! Would stay again when in Dunedin.

Wonderful break

We were here for 2 days and it was a wonderful stay. The beds were comfy, the house had everything we needed and was so convenient to everything we did. The host was super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Great little place

It's a cute little house with everything you need! Great location, high-quality comfortable mattresses, and as a bonus the host left beach supplies for us to use. As parents traveling with children, we especially appreciated the well-stocked coffee bar!

Overall a nice little place. Location was great, communication super prompt, and the house was clean. Just a suggestion - it'd be nice to have more mirrors. The bathroom was the only room with a mirror, which made getting ready a little harder if you're sharing the bathroom with anyone.

Dunedin, Florida is one of my favorite places! I love how this town is small and local and that there are so many things to do! It is a great place to relax, and to enjoy the many beaches.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it is located within walking distance to many things and a short drive to town and beaches. Our property was recently updated, so it has new flooring, new paint, new furniture, etc. The large windows provide lots of natural light throughout the day and the patio in the back provides a place to hangout in the evenings.
