"This home is a modern, newly renovated 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home with a private backyard. Nestled in a quiet cozy neighborhood for you to relax and get away, this home is within a 5.7 mile radius of many of Atlanta's city attractions to include; Downtown Atlanta, Atlantic Station, The Battery (Braves stadium, shopping, food, etc.), Georgia Aquarium, The World of Coca Cola, Six Flags Over Georgia, Six Flags White Waters, Mercedes Benz Stadium (Falcons stadium), and many more! Only 18 minutes from the airport this home is conveniently located in a historic Atlanta neighborhood in the heart of the city!"

Super Clean Little House on a Hill

We enjoyed our stay, house was super clean. I wish we would have known the house/driveway were on an incline/hill. Check in was allowed starting at 4, but I had not been given check in Instructions by then. By 4:15 I had to contact the host. She answered me quickly but I still should have had it by 4.

Nice place but…

Description of the place is accurate! The owners were very friendly, and communication was great. My family and I stayed here for one night since we came for a concert nearby. A few things I realized, there was an air vent missing from one of the rooms on the top ceiling and little bugs kept falling from it. The bathroom was super clean, but when I went to the kitchen there was what appeared to be rat feces on the floor. Once we went to bed, we noticed there were little bugs on one of the beds so we shared room after seeing them. It wasn’t bed bugs, just caterpillars and insects coming from the missing vent. The blankets in the other two rooms had tiny things on them and a lot of hair like it hadn’t been cleaned, we took our own blankets in our bags so used those instead. Other than what was previously mentioned, the place is really beautiful and the location is great, it is uphill but it’s very secure so you don’t have to worry about someone breaking in. Overall 3/5 for me.

We pride ourselves on making sure all of our guest have an exceptional experience including checking in on our guests during their stay. This particular guest I even waved hello from across the street and told them to let me know if they needed anything for their one night stay. So, this review is very surprising and i wish they would have given us a chance to rectify these issues. But to assume a dot on the floor is mice feces is very concerning because we don't have a rodent issue and I would hate for our future guest to be deterred by such a claim. And a missing air vent cover caused bugs to keep falling out is outlandish. Air vents are always open especially if the a/c is on. Please feel free to ask me any questions regarding this place.
