It was lovely hearing from you all on your last night how much you enjoyed your stay and that the suite was exactly what you were looking for. 😊 Just to clarify for future guests, the suite booked did not include a hot tub, which we had discussed prior to arrival and was also noted on the booking confirmation. We were happy to offer use of the hot tub at our Kootenay Suite on the second-last night when it was available. And thank you for leaving the suite in such great condition—we really appreciated it!

Regarding the space, our listing does specify that it is a three-bedroom property with the family room offering flexible sleeping arrangements with two futons or two single beds. I’m sorry to hear it wasn’t suitable for your team, but I’m glad they found alternative accommodations that better met their needs. I apologize for the inconvenience with the dishwasher. Prior to your arrival, we were informed by previous guests that a wheel on the top shelf was missing. While the dishwasher was still operational, the drawer was not as stable as it should have been. The replacement wheel is to arrive today and the issue will be resolved. We always strive to address any maintenance issues promptly. Concerning the noise, we keep a radio playing outside 24/7 to deter bears, which may have been audible from the room. We have since adjusted the volume to ensure it is not disruptive to our guests. Your group’s excellent communication was greatly appreciated, allowing us to address and resolve these issues promptly.
