1BR Just Steps From the Beach at Sugar Beach 375!
This cozy renovated 1 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located only steps away from the beach with limited beach views from your balcony. The fully renovated eat-in kitchen has all the cooking basics as well as brand new appliances. The living room has a 55" smart TV, comfy chairs and a pull-out sofa. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, reading corner, and 50" smart TV. There is a bathroom on both levels as well as a full-size washer and dryer on the main level.
We personally manage our own unit, so you will not be dealing with a management company. We are easily accessible and want to make your stay as relaxing and fantastic as we can! We look forward to sharing our condo with you, and hope you love it as much as we do and want to come stay with us again and again!
PARKING PASSES
Parking Pass(es) may be purchased on site when you arrive at the complex for $35 for the entirety of your stay. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit (only 1 pass during holidays), and you must show your reservation confirmation when purchasing at the complex. The cost of the parking pass is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice. A processing fee is added if paying by credit card.
