Bright and airy 2/2 condo on the 6th floor. Boat dockage available (separate rate) for a 40' boat, visable from the unit. Lovely pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Two parking spaces in a gated parking lot with several guest parking spaces available. Walk across the street to the beach, or relax by the pool. Walk or take a short drive to several restaurants, bars, and parks. This condo is available to rent twice in one year. Book for the snowbird rate or get a discount for an annual booking.
