Lots of spider webs inside and out. A few spiders seen too. Floors not clean. No hut tub or bbq as it claimed. Pull chains on the ceiling fans too short. Air filter plugged. No dish towels. Light lenses full of bugs. The owners need training for sure.
Upon arrival there were people and construction materials in the driveway. We were told they were working on the roof over the weekend. I never received a notice that construction was being done. The house was unkept. Smelled of animal urine, had many spiders and webs and stains on the furniture. The shower had webs full of insects and mold. The BBQ was sinking in about 2 inches of leaves and covered in webs. There is a very large mastiff dog next door and a hole in the fence he can get through. Although we were careful to pick up our dogs mess, the neighbors dog kept breaking over and leaving "gifts". We had to take him back over twice after messaging the host. We left for the day and came back to find the neighbors washing their car in the driveway, blocking the way in to park. I didn't expect a lot for the price but this was ridiculous. Absolutely zero effort was put into preparing for guests at all. Also, although it's too hot right now, and if it did exist I doubt you'd want to get in it, it's worth noting there is no hot tub.
I went to pull off sheets to put in wash. I pulled off one corner and saw yellow spots on the mattress pad so I grabbed corner of mattress pad to pull off and wash. The mattress was so awful I covered it back up with mattress pad and sheet.
I did not want my husband to see the mattress.
We noticed immediately spider webs by the front door. When we walked into the house it was dirty. Upon arrival, nothing was clean when we got there. Stains on the wall and the chair and sofa. Shower and toilet were dirty. There was mold on the shower wall. Garbage disposal was broken. Nothing was ever done. Even though we contacted Michael the host. We will never stay here again. We had a bad experience and do not recommend staying here either.
Booked it for two employees for an out of town job, the entire trip was smooth and easy to communicate and close to the job site. Would book again!
