Definitely would recommend! Clean and cute…perfect size and close to shopping. Price is better than staying at a hotel because it has a washer and dryer. Very private too.Would stay there again.

Exactly what was expected, a clean, cozy, conveniently located room in the suburbs but nearby many food, dining, shopping options. The bed was very comfy and the towels were fresh and clean. We especially appreciated the cheerful holiday decor since we were there for a funeral. The host was responsive and efficient, no complaints! Nice digs.

This was our first VRBO rental and we are happy to say it was an EXCELLENT experience. The property was exactly as promoted, clean, well-appointed, and in a very nice neighborhood. Easy Check-In, Easy Parking, Beautiful inside and out, and Easy Check-Out! Fully stocked bathroom and nice kitchen. Very comfortable bed too! Perfect for a couple of guests! The Host, Ruvin Marmol, was most accommodating and VERY helpful. We are a senior couple and he walked us through the entire process, maintained a very helpful open line of communication, and didn't hesitate to quickly respond to our questions. We were 150% satisfied with our experience and will stay here again. If we could give Ruvin a HIGHER review rating we would

Cozy Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a cozy little place with everything you would need and the bed was super comfortable. Ruvim was an excellent host and very responsive whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this place and plan on staying there again in the future.

My husband and I were going to a concert in Lincoln and needed a quick place to stay for a night. We got to the property around and our code did not work for the door. Tried messaging the host and didn't get a response. Luckily the owner happened to come home about 15 min later and got us inside. Room was pleasant, bed was comfortable, had all of the amenities needed. We followed all checkout instructions the next morning, took out the trash and gathered laundry as requested, left around 10 A.M. 6:00 that evening I received a threatening message from the host, and a 2nd shortly after. He accused us of returning to the property and said we needed to vacate right away or we would be charged another night. I told him we were not at the property. He told me someone was in the property and they saw our Volvo on the camera. I told him we didn't have a Volvo. I sent him a screenshot from my life360 to prove when we left. He told me it still looked like we were in the area. I had to send another to show we were already back in NV. He apologized.I understand mistakes happen, but he could have easily looked at the camera to see when we left, and that we didn't return. Accusing us, and then doubling down was unsettling.

We were very pleased with the property and our host. Unfortunately there was not a guest book at the property to write our comments in - if there had been, the comments would have been very favorable! Our host even presented us with a lovely Christmas bag of goodies - a lovely unexpected gesture!

Cute single room

The converted garage space was very cozy and they even had little towel swans on the bed for us. The room has several amenities, including a small stove, fridge, and washer/dryer. The only minor issue was many things were set up for very tall people, as the mirror was high and the hangers are set so high I was on my tiptoes. However, it was manageable and Ruvim was quick to respond to any messages.
