Completely remodeled classic 40's home on corner lot in popular Zilker Park neighborhood. Great location for everything Austin has to offer. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops. Two miles to Barton Springs, Zilker Park and Austin's many miles of hike and bike trails around Lady Bird Lake.

Inside the house offers all the comforts of modern living: New energy efficient appliances including large capacity washer and dryer, HDTV full cable with wireless Internet (Road Runner Turbo), hardwood floors and tiled baths, pillow top mattresses, high quality bedding and a great leather sofa. Wonderful property..quiet neighborhood. Very clean and spacious. Has everything you need in the kitchen. The deck and backyard were great for sitting out back and relaxing. A great location for restaurants and near downtown. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great Austin spot with lots of really outstanding restaurants and shopping nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning walks around the neighborhood and then coffee on the back patio. The beds are comfy and the house was exactly what we expected!

Carefree stay in Austin.

We all very much enjoyed staying at LaCasa. If it had been a bit warmer, we would have really enjoyed the backyard space a little more. Overall the house was comfortable, well thought out and well supplied. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This property is fantastic. Great location near several restaurants. 15 minutes from the airport and downtown. The horseshow pit added entertainment. We would definitely go again. Thanks for the great accommodations.

Quiet, comfortable stay in a great location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this La Casa property. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the A/C keeps the house cool even during the Texas summer. Accessing the property was easy, and the owners checked in to ensure all was well. Family Christmas Trip to ATX

This property was exactly the right fit for my family of 6! We had enough room to spread out but a nice family space for gathering. Location was great to all we wanted to do and see in Austin. Carole and Kerry were excellent hosts and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted for our stay. Great communication and recommendations! Zilker Park La Casa

Really great place. Despite being close to Lamar, it was quiet and the backyard was very peaceful, with mature trees and horseshoes (which I'm not very good at). Location was great with walkable options including coffee, restaurants and beer garden. Access to the house was easy and painless. Would return again.

We are Kerry and Carole Price and have been hosting out of town guests in Austin for over three years.
We have been married for over 30 years and have raised both of our children within a mile of this home and still live in the neighborhood. Kerry still has a day job in the packaging business and loves wooden boats. Carole manages the vacation rental properties and is a community volunteer with Hospice Austin.
We both found our way to Austin: Kerry from Minnesota and Carole from Glasgow Scotland. We met in South Austin in the mid 80's and have never left.
