This beautifully styled 2-bedroom + bunk nook condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated for a relaxing, upscale beach getaway.

Condo Features:
Gulf-Front Master Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

Second Bedroom: King bed with easy access to the adjacent full bathroom.

Hallway Alcove: Twin daybed with pull-out trundle—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper, large flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling views that open onto your oversized private balcony.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of emotional support pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The unit was spotless, the AC kept everything perfectly cool, and the beds and furniture were super comfortable. Location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and close to everything. The amenities were top-notch and made our trip even more relaxing.We visited during the perfect time of year—Panama City Beach wasn’t crowded, the ocean was calm, and we practically had the beach to ourselves. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic! The 2nd-floor location was perfect—so convenient that we never even needed to use the elevator. It made taking our small dog out a breeze! The condo itself was spotless and beautifully furnished with all-new pieces, making it feel fresh and inviting. The oversized balcony was amazing, offering a fantastic view and the perfect spot to relax. The pools were absolutely gorgeous, adding to the overall experience. Warren Beach Rentals was amazing to work with—everything was seamless from start to finish. We loved it so much that we’re already looking at summer dates!

We love the panoramic view from the 2nd floor balcony of this location. A roomy and well appointed 2bd Condo, poolside, overlooking the beach ... a beautiful white sand beach! If location is a factor in selection, then this Condo has everything. Clean, fully equipped kitchen makes for easy meal preparation and laid back days poolside or beach front. The Manage company is very responsive if needed, and our request were minimal and quickly attended tool

The check in and check out process amazing.It is a million dollar view. The tv didn’t work in the bedroom. The tv in the living room worked slowly and it was difficult to manage due to a junky remote(the batteries were taped in and kept falling out). The couch and chairs in the were terrible to sit in.(old and uncomfortable) The balcony was awesome however there was no light so you couldn’t play games after sunset. It does allow for a dog. I would not stay there again.

Family Vacation 2024

This was our first stay at Grand Panama as well as our first vacation with a pet. We were afraid that being pet-friendly might mean that the condo might not be as nice as other condos. However, we found everything to be exactly as stated with no foul smells or torn furnishings. My only complaint at all was that there was constantly an elevator out of order. Being on the 2nd floor though, we made easy and much quicker use of the stairs. I would highly recommend this condo and will definitely consider renting again for upcoming vacations.

Great Location! Huge Balcony! Exceeded Expectations!

I was a little afraid to book this place because it did not have any reviews, but we always have a good experience with Warren Beach Rentals and Mitch assured me this condo was top-notch. The pictures do not do it justice! New comfy furniture, huge balcony, big living room TV…and the unit was CLEAN! It looks like the unit was just painted. Great view from the second floor! Was able to take our Papillon down the stairs and out with no problem. Really enjoyed spending time on the large covered balcony. Also appreciate the guest King bed for our guests. Thanks Mitch for recommending a such a great condo and we will be back this summer!

Not terrible

The master bathroom had gnats/flies, along with a very dirty stand up fan in the closet area. The pillows on the master bed looked old and were flat. The couch also appeared old and smelled “musty”. The toaster oven looked dirty and there was not a normal toaster to use instead. The check in process was very frustrating. We brought our dog this year and we were not aware we needed to bring her shot record. Our vet was closed when we arrived and they would not allow us to check in without it.

Look, we get your frustration, but all of our guests are emailed and texted the required information for pets. Its also in the listing. We went to the unit and there were no gnats or flies to be seen, likely from leaving the doors open to the balcony. Sofa is one year old the toaster is just like every other toaster and is also less than a year old. We replace all of the pillows in each property in February. This guest was upset because they failed to follow the HOA rules that are explicit and that no one else seems to have trouble following. Check out the reviews on this unit. This unit consistently EARNS the 5 star reviews it receives.

Love the Area

Overall it was a pleasant stay. However, the television was an issue. No way to add your apps such as Netflix, etc. The tv would just go off and then you could not get it back on. The Volume on some channels such as Fox News would go up & down and you couldn’t hear it. Very confusing system. Needs to be updated to smart tv’s. We had to call manager a couple of times regarding tv. It was Masters Weekend. He was very responsive in a timely manner. The beds were very comfortable. No blankets and the kitchen is a little sparse. No can opener.
