Spacious Lakehome Central to Superior's North Shore Attractions 3 Bed / 2 Bath

This Lakehome is located at the Lakehomes at Superior Shores, a property adjacent but not affiliated with Superior Shores Resort, and offers wonderful views of Flood Bay. You are just steps away from water with natural rock beaches and ledges. Onsite amenities include a pool and hot tub (seasonal), walking trails, and a tennis / basketball court. This unit comes fully stocked and ready for your visit. As shown in the floor plan pictures, this Lakehome is a multi-leveled front back split floor plan and is not handicap accessible. The unit offers four sleeping areas, an entry level bedroom (queen bed), and upper level bedroom (queen bed), a spectacular loft bedroom that is open to the main level (king bed), and a private office/den (full sized futon). The unit contains two bathrooms including the entry level (full tub/shower) and the upper level (shower only). There is stackable washer/dryer. A natural gas fireplace keeps the place cozy in the winter and air conditioning is available on hot summer days. The spacious deck includes a propane grill and a patio table with seating for five. To ensure transparent pricing, there are no additional fees for cleaning or amenities.

Exciting News!: The unit has undergone a significant upgrade including windows, carpet, decorations, and a kitchen refresh (new backsplash, keurig, kitchen essentials, and under cabinet lighting). The great room has new leather furniture and a live edge solid walnut dining table. The unit has hi-speed Wi-Fi, Roku streaming televisions with guest mode, and a home theater with a 75" screen, surround sound, and a Nintendo WiiU in the basement. We are also officially registered, licensed, and have been inspected by Lake County and have an up-to-date lodging license (#1577). If you need even more space we have an adjacent two bedroom unit also on VrBO.

Staying on Flood Bay made for a great way to kill 30-40 minutes hunting for cool rocks anytime. The host was incredibly responsive. The place had all the things we needed. Happy with the grill and the view.

This lake home exceeded expectations with its amazing view and ability to accommodate our party comfortably with ample space and wonderful amenities! The private resort beach was perfect for hunting agates and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially the kids! Its proximity to State parks and other points of interest were ideal. Lastly, the host was quick to answer questions and had an easy check out process. Our family is already talking about coming back next time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed playing on the rocks, going to the pebble beach, and paddle boarding. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is everything. You cannot beat being right on the water, the insane views, the great deck, and great pool too. My family LOVED this rental and we will probably be back. The beach being right infront made it so easy for my kiddos to walk out and explore the rocks and the water. There was plenty of space for everyone and the rental was extremely well stocked with everything you'd need, better than most rentals I have stayed in, including a washer/dryer, dyson vaccum, plenty of bedding and pillows, plenty of towels, everything we needed to cook (besides the food), and loads of games in the basement game room. We had a fire on the beach one night and made s'mores and it is definitely a core memory for my kiddos, everyone just loved it. The pool is well maintained and was perfect for my little family on a warm day. I think the Keurig may need a little TLC, it was a bit finnicky, especially because QwikTrip appears to be the nearest coffee spot, and there was a bit of a moldy/musty smell coming from the kitchen sink area (we think it may have been the dishwashing sponge). Justin, the host, was easy to work with and always answered my questions before the trip and during the trip we had no questions or issues for Justin so had no reason to reach out, which is a testament to a great rental experience.

We enjoyed our days up North in this beautiful get away home, which really looks like the pictures. Kids loved the place, pool as well as beach (only a few min to walk there).Justin supported us in all our belongings and communication with him was speedy.

Great rental!

Beautiful stay for marathon weekend

Great place along the Lake

The property was great, with a beautiful view of Lake Superior and plenty of room for all seven of us. Also, Justin’s communication was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

My family has been visiting this resort since I was a child (35+ years). We have many fond memories of spending time at the North Shore, we are very excited to be able to share our wonderful home with you.

What makes this property unique

This unit has a wonderful view of Flood Bay on lake superior, a large deck, a lower level media room, and plenty of space for you to spread out and enjoy. Close proximity to the pool and hottub and all the resort has to offer.
