Family Friendly Derby City Getaway that sleeps 12. Minutes from Churchill Downs, the Festival Grounds, and parking for the PGA. Four bedrooms and three full baths will give you plenty of space to spread out. Three living areas will keep everyone happy and no one fighting over what to watch. Our nine-foot kitchen island and table will allow everyone plenty of space to enjoy a meal. A covered back patio has room for four to enjoy a beautiful Kentucky Night. Our home is in a neighborhood with many excellent local restaurants and bars. We live here full time, so during your stay, we will lock the closest and the pantry but provide clothing racks and plenty of kitchen equipment.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Amazing host

The place was exactly as listed. Nikki was very responsive before and throughout the trip. Great spot to get to the derby and bars/restaurants throughout the weekend.
