This house is perfect for any occasion we love it

Looking for a place to stay for a large group with a pool this is it. We had a great time. The house is beautiful nice and clean and had everything you could ask for this is our second year for booking it and we will do it again.

Great house for our family trip! There were 11 adults and 9 month old twins. This house was spotless and the host Brandon was awesome to deal with. The carriage house was a huge plus. This house is close to a grocery store and restaurants. We hosted our Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was only lacking a useable can opener which we purchased and left.

Great House and Great Experience

This house was a very nice place to stay. Newly renovated and has plenty of activities like pickleball, foosball, pool, ping pong and more! The communications with the hosts was spot on. They were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for large groups!

Christmas 2024

My family and I met at the house to celebrate our Christmas together! We couldn’t get over how much room there was and how beautiful it was!! It was also close to everything we wanted to see! Enjoyed every second and made many wonderful memories!

Had a great stay in Oct 2025! 8 guys stayed here, and the house was huge (could easily accommodate more people). Beautiful house, clean, all types of entertainment. Everything was as-advertised. Took about 30 min to downtown Louisville. Convenient to have a Publix just a couple minutes away. Would definitely stay here again if trying to house a large group under the same roof.

Family Gathering

This was the perfect place for our family gathering. There is LOTS of space for being together. We hosted 20 people for Thanksgiving as well during our stay. The kitchen is amazing. The greatest thing that stands out to me is how clean everything was. I truly have never stayed in a rental cleaner than this one. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to gather together.

Wonderful Family Stay

Extended multigenerational family weekend stay. It was wonderful. Space for everyone. Lots of activities. Good amount of towels/sheets/pillows. Kitchen equipment wonderful for a home cook meal. My only complaint would be lack of everyday spices in kitchen (no salt and pepper).

Louisville Country Manor is the perfect place for large families.

This hidden gem was perfect for our family. The outdoor swimming pool was spectacular. We also enjoyed the pickleball court and outdoor swings. Indoors was SO spacious. The kitchen was very large, and had an island, which made it even better. There were so many fun activities…ping pong, pool, foosball, video arcade, indoor swings, puzzles, etc. The carriage house was an added bonus that gave more bedroom options (and more privacy). It was the perfect weekend for our extended family. Thank you!

Perfect Stay for a Large Group – Spacious, Fun, and Well-Equipped!

This property was absolutely perfect for our large group! Our family of 13, ranging in age from 3 to 70, had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The house was well-designed to accommodate everyone comfortably, and there were so many fun activities for all ages. Inside, we loved the pool table, foosball, ping pong, arcade machine, and swings—there was always something to do! Outside, the pickleball court was a huge hit.Since we visited in February, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or fire pit, but the outdoor area looked fantastic and well-maintained. The house itself was stocked with great amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with enough plates and silverware for everyone, making meals easy and stress-free.The management team and owner were also wonderful to work with, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a spacious and well-equipped rental for a large group, I highly recommend this property!

Very nice layout for a family vacation! We loved the heated pool, fie pit, basketball and pickleball courts. Plenty of space for a large group! 😎 Only did 4 stars due to no pool equipment/toys provided. We would have definitely brought them with us, but it was not mentioned on the website!
