With 2 Kings, 2 Queens, and 2Twinbeds there's room for everyone including your furry friend! The first floor of this home offers two bedrooms with plenty of sleeping. You will find an expansive bedroom with 2 twins, a second refrigerator, large screen TV, foosball, and access to the pool deck- the size of this room makes for a very diverse space. The second bedroom on this level is a King with access to a Hall Bath & large screen TV. The second floor of this home has a gracious amount of living space including a spacious open concept floor plan with a dining table perfect for large meals, board games, or a puzzle. There is an East facing King bedroom on this level with an ensuite bath and large screen TV as well as two other bedrooms, both Queens, with access to a Hall Bath with Tub. All of the bedrooms have updated bedding, ceiling fans, and large screen TV's for your enjoyment. Ocean facing decks provide the ideal location to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular Sandbridge sunrise. You may even catch a glimpse of a dolphin or two!

Easy Day was a delightful place for vacation. Though not on the beach, there is an open view of the ocean (direct access to beach walkway) and a view of the intracoastal waterway. The multiple outdoor seating areas made every time of day pleasant for relaxing. Great to have a pool, hot tub AND fenced yard for children and privacy. The updated kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and more!) While an older home which could use a few updates, we found it to be perfect for our family of 5 adults, 2 toddlers and furry friends. The property management company was friendly, helpful and responsive.

Relaxing stay

Four generations of family (and three dogs) stayed at Easy Day. It was just perfect. A close walk to the beach; swimming pool and hot tub; comfy beds; a well equipped kitchen; and plenty of refrigerator space (upstairs and down). Just perfect for all (from great grandma to 10 month old). The house was clean. The owners left us a gift basket and personal welcome note; very nice touches. Plenty of room for dogs to run in the fully enclosed back yard. We really enjoyed our time and would stay again. Kudos and many thanks.

The location is excellent with access to the beach directly across the street. The pool is too shallow to swim but good for cooling off or playing games. We weren't able to bring our dogs but it is definitely dog friendly with a good fenced in area. There was more than adequate room for the six of us and could accommodate eight well but beyond that would be tight. The three bathrooms could be limiting depending on the composition of the group. There is a large dining table, outside grill, good size refrigerator. The general condition of the house is good but not luxurious. The internet was weak but that is apparently a problem with the community and not this specific property.

Sandbridge Beach is the southernmost beach in the city of Virginia Beach. We are a small community, just 5 miles long and a quarter mile wide. We have the Atlantic Ocean to our East and Back Bay to our West. Excellent beach access from all homes. Very family friendly community and beach! We have a local market with fresh donuts daily. 2 ice cream shops & several locally owned restaurants. Everyone can enjoy Little Island Park & the Sandbridge Fishing Pier. Back Bay Wildlife Refuge is located at the South end of our beach offering Kayak access to Back Bay as well as wildlife trails for biking and hiking. Tram tours are also offered year round. Surf and Adventure Company offers Surf Lessons, Day Camps, Kayak Tours & Rentals, as well as Bike & Beach Equipment Rentals. Conveniently located just a few miles west of us, you will find Red Mill Commons Shopping Center. There you will find Wal Mart, Target, Harris Teeter, Food Lion and a variety of shopping as well as Starbucks & the ABC Store. All of the modern conveniences of home are just a hop, skip, and jump away from our little beachfront community. The Boardwalk area of Virginia Beach is approx. a 15 minute drive. You will find Regal Cinemas Strawbridge, The Virginia Aquarium, Ocean Breeze Water Park & Motorworld along this stretch between Sandbridge and the Boardwalk area. Sandbridge is an amazing location away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk with significantly less crowds. Sandbridge is an ideal location for any getaway!
