The terrace, living room and master bedroom offers 180 degrees of view. 2 story. Open floor in the top floor includes a bar, formal living, dinning and terrace. 3 bedrooms 4 full bathrooms. Master bedroom 1 king bed and sofa, bedroom 2 includes 2 full beds and desk, bedroom 3 includes 1 queen size bed and desk. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
During the season, you can observe from the veranda whales swimming in the bay, schools of fish and "Chachalaca" birds. Pelicans flying in formation will remind you the best aviators of the world.

We had a Fantastic Time at Palmetto... It's the Perfect Blend of a fully stocked luxury condo with Resorts Amenities and Service. The Infiniti edge pool with Bar & Cafe area Fantastic. You can takes a short walk to the Las Brisas Resort next door and enjoy the beach with f&b service. The owner is available and responsive. On top of that, the property is highly secure and extremely well maintained... We Will Be Back. Muchas Gracias!
