UNIT 2307 on the 23rd floor is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit offering over 1000 square feet of space to sprawl out. Everyone can relax here in this condo during their Destin Vacation.

The condo has 9 foot ceilings that make it feel large and spacious. The living room and master bedroom has an 8 foot sliding glass door to help bring the gorgeous gulf view to life! The unit has a laundry room with washer/dryer in case you need to do laundry, fully equipped kitchen, dining table with a breakfast bar. The living room sofa pulls out to a full size bed. The living room and both bedrooms have a TV.

Privately owned, the Condo has a unique atmosphere and personal charm communicated by our choices of furnishings and decorations. Please take a moment to view all of the photos to truly imagine your Destin Vacation experience here.

The comments we receive most from past guests is about how clean the condo is and almost everyone raves about the views from this 23rd floor oversized balcony overlooking Seascape and the Gulf views you can take in from sunrise to sunset. You can also see Choctawhatchee Bay from the entrance of the condo.

Miramar Beach is wonderful location with lots to do for all ages. You will have dining and entertainment within walking distance. And much more just a short drive away. Destin Harbor is 13 miles west on Hwy 98 and Scenic 30A is about the same if you head east on Hwy 98. Seascape has an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and bike rentals. Ariel Dunes 1 has 2 large pools, 1 features a mushroom waterfall and zero entry play area for the kids. There is a sauna and gym as well. Seascape is a gated resort with 24 HR security.

If you are traveling by air, the Fort Walton Beach airport is about 35 minutes away and the Panama City airport is just under an hour. We recommend renting a car if you want to enjoy all the area has to offer. Uber, Lyft and Airport shuttles are available as well. You can even arrange to rent a golf cart to get around the resort or nearby scenic 98 locations. So, if your staying a short time this resort can give you an all inclusive feeling. You will have everything you need to relax and stay on property. Ariel Dunes has golf cart parking and a charging area if you rent a cart for the length of your stay. Be sure to let us know in order to get the necessary parking permit required.

Convenient beach access just 350 yards away to over 2,000 feet of crystal-clear emerald-green waters and dazzling white sugar sand beach. There are free parking spots along the boardwalk. Beach service is available for rental too if you prefer having your own dedicated spot for daily beach activities. We have the information available, just ask and we can send it to you. For convenience, we have a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to use stored in the condo.

We have a responsive host to manage our condo. If you have any questions, just be sure to ask!

Must be 25 to rent. All under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent. Breaking this rule will result in cancellation or eviction. CHECK IN IS AT 4PM - NO EXCEPTIONS.

The place is a very great place to stay. Everything was well taken care of store are close its as described. Only problem we had the whole stay was some noisy people above us.i reached out to the property manager and they took care of it no problem. Had fun!

Amazing condo with gorgeous view!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my stay. The condo is so nice and clean and has the most gorgeous beach views I've seen. The condo itself has so much space and really big and nice bathrooms. Also, the balcony is huge, which is great for a casual weekend when it's too cold on the beach. Also, Wendy was so quick and helpful with her responses to my questions. Even changing our date to another weekend was no problem. I would most definitely recommend this condo, and I would love to return.

Beautiful views of the ocean from both the main bedroom and living room, with an awesome connecting balcony. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and being able to see the beach. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable, with all needed conveniences. There are several dining options within walking distance. We were disappointed there was no hot tub, but one of the pools is heated. There was construction in the parking lot and a lot of major construction along the entry to the property, but we didn't experience any noise or disruption. This was just a trip for my partner and I but we will definitely be back with the kids! Great for a romantic weekend or family vacation.

Best Condo/Place to stay in Florida!

Absolutely incredible! The view of the ocean was spectacular, the condo was large enough for us (family of 3), the location was great and the beach ----- oh goodness the beach was gorgeous! We come down to Florida pretty much every year to vacation and this was our first in the Destin area, and I don't think we'll ever go anywhere else! I cannot reccomend this condo enough! The amenities were better than a hotel, and there is a tv in every room! The kitchen was great for cooking meals so we didn't have to eat out all the time. The 2 full bathrooms were bigger than the ones we have at home. The balcony was great, although it faces due south so you don't get an amazing view of the sunrise or sunset, but the beach is right there. And did I mention the beach?!?! The beach is literally across the street and is private access. You can rent beach equipment or bring your own, we used the provided chairs and umbrella and it was more than enough! We hauled the chairs, umbrella, 2 beach bags and a baby across the parking lot and across the street in less than 5 minutes and it was so convenient! Ariel Dunes I is located in the Seascape condo development in Miramar Beach, which is just east of Destin by a few miles. There are so many shops, restaraunts and things to do that will keep you and your family having fun the entire time you're down there. One thing we noted is that the Destin area is a lot busier than Miramar beach. We like to get away from busy cities and crowds of people when we vacation and this condo was perfect for that. The condo association is very professional and the on-site (and present) security made us feel incredibly safe as well as comfortable. One thing I did notice about the area (which has nothing to do with the condo) is there can be a lot of traffic in the area, especially around rush hour. Well Needed

The condo was very nice and the kitchen was sufficiently stock . The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice sized the unit was very cleaned. This was a well needed trip for all of us. Deborah was very kind. We would rent it again Labor Day weekend next year if we don’t go somewhere else Now for the not so good. Half of the time the elevators weren’t working.. The TV in the master bedroom had three remotes in the room didn’t work we tried for two days to get help but received no answer finally on the third day someone came and fixed it but you could only get one channel the remotes wouldn’t allow you to change channels which was frustrating because if I wanted to relax and lay in bed to watch the TV I couldn’t

Seascape Adventure

One month stay - My wife likes to cook and everything she needed to cook with was provided. The Condo was clean and had a spectacular view. It was also decorated well and the building was located in an area surrounded by restraints , stores, etc. We hated to leave. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Summer Trip

The view of this property is amazing. You have views of both the ocean and the bay. I’ve been going to Seascape since I was a kid and this is by far the most beautiful view I’ve had seen in Seascape. The condo is nice but in need of some updates. The metal vent piece came detached from the microwave and fell almost hitting me while heating something up. The property manager stopped by and fixed it for us while out at the beach which was much appreciated. The shower next to the queen bedroom was making a high pitched noise until a few days into our stay when the building shut off the water to work on it without warning to the guests so we had a couple people showering when the water was cut off which we weren’t too happy about; however, the work done on the water did get rid of the high pitched sound in the shower. The mattresses in both bedrooms seemed a little old and worn out but this could just be a personal opinion. The property manager was pretty timely with my requests. All in all it was a great stay with minor issues.

Great relaxing stay

Wonderful location within walking distance to several places! Beautiful paved running/walking trail along the beach! The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear noisy neighbors, but other than that, it was great!

Fabulous View!

Everything as advertised. Kitchen has everything you need to cook in. I melted into the King bed, soo comfy just needs support stand underneath reinforced. And the view, couldn’t get enough! Highly recommend this condo. My grandkids came for a few days and there were even beach toys and chairs included that they enjoyed, thank you for sharing your home.

Week Getaway

We stayed at Ariel Dunes for the first time and really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at Majestic Sun in the past but really liked the layout of the condo at Ariel Dunes. It was nice to have a bar/restaurant just downstairs and a gym/pool access. The view from the 23rd floor is absolutely beautiful and is only a short walk to the beach. Besides having to pay for parking now, which we have not had to at Majestic, Ariel Dunes was a great spot. The condo was clean and comfortable. We worked from home for the week and had a great time. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay the condo was very nice and the view and location to the beach was fantastic. We did leave two weeks early because everything were closed. We liked it so much that we booked it for next year.
