About this property

Blue Casa Ski & Farm getaway of Mad River Valley

Our home was built in 2023 as part of a cohousing community on 93 acres of farmland and forests with our own hiking trails and cross cross sking, only 20 minutes from the ski resorts of Sugar Bush & Mad River Glenn & 35 minutes to Stowe. We are 5 to 20 minutes from the quaint New England towns of Waitsfield, Waterbury and Montpelier. Stroll in our community to view the sheep and chickens housed nearby & on a clear night gaze at the millions of stars shining above. A truly magical place.
