The studio was pretty much as expected. It is in good proximity to both Clearwater Beach and Dunedin so pretty convenient to travel to either. The property appeared clean. The welcome kit with 2 bottled waters plus a couple snacks (we didn't eat) was a nice touch. Brita pitcher with water in the fridge is appreciated because FL tap water is gross. We were disappointed that zero of the 3 beach umbrellas in the closet were functional. The cooler was outside in the backyard and looked muddy. If you're looking for an economic studio in a convenient location, this place works.

Great Stay in Dunedin

Had a great stay in Dunedin - rode the Pinellas Trail on our bicycles, enjoyed the water and local restaurants. Great location! Cute, clean accommodations.

Great time in bungalow

Dunedin was more than we expected. Had a great weekend and enjoyed the clean, nice property on Betty Lane Would stay there again whenever we visit.

Lovely place to stay. The hosts were very accommodating, clear, and made everything easy! Getting the entry code before arrival brought us a piece of mind, and there were not any check out instructions, which is rare, but very kind, these days! It felt like they wanted us to be able to relax. The outdoor space was a great perk, as well as the kitchen. *One note* there is not much of a bathroom door. It has slates on it, so there is not really any privacy- incase you visit with a friend and want more privacy (which I did!) I’d give the location 3.9/5- the area varies depending on if you go toward Clearwater or Dunedin. However it’s close to the water and downtown Dunedin which we loved. We felt safe and were close to everything. One inconvenience was the bikes- they’re very old and need to be replaced. The area is amazing for biking, so that was a big deal for us when they were rusted and not working well. Also the shower was out of shower gel, but if we had asked the hosts to replace, I’m sure they would have right away.The property was clean, efficient, and had everything they advertise for. I go down to Dunedin constantly, and would definitely stay here again.

Cute place for a getaway

This is an adorable little place that’s perfect for two people. It’s clean and recently updated. Denay is great to work with and very good at responding to questions The location is good and not far from shopping and the Dunedin Causeway. We stayed here twice and will definitely stay again!

Clearwater Reunion

The property was perfect! Very clean and totally equipped with anything you could need for your stay! Very cute and comfortable! The property manager was very kind and willing to help if we had any issues. We definitely recommend this property and would book again!

Coastal Retreat Biking Bliss Review

Really great area, close to everything. Clean and had everything we needed. Nice deck with a privacy fence and plenty of trees & plants. We did not use the bikes, but that was a nice extra. Took our dogs and they enjoyed the back yard. Bed was very comfortable. The weather was not good, but no one can control that. I rate it at 5 stars for all catagories. Thanks Greg & Sue

Notre seule difficulté a été à l’arrivée. On avait reçu 2 codes différents pour la serrure et la porte ne s’ouvrait pas. On écrivait au proprio et on n’avait pas de réponses. Finalement, il nous a donné un 3e code et on a pu entrer. Ça nous a pris plus de 45 minutes d’essais. Frustrant. Ça a été le seul point négatif. Tout le reste était parfait. Rien à redire. Je vous le recommande. Très propre, bien équipé, literie confortable, bien situé dans un quartier paisible, terrasse extérieure privée et près de la piste cyclable et des commodités. On y retournerait sûrement. Merci!
