This was the WORST place I've ever walked into! First of all, the only thing that looked similar to the photos online was the kitchen however, it was covered in dust and a wall was missing! I don't even want to think when the last time this place was cleaned or even wiped down. I was very open with my communication leading up to check-in yet each time the host responded, it was hours later, to which he kept saying "sorry, just now seeing this". Around 215pm, I texted that we were 5 minutes away , he CALLED me to say they "were still under construction but you'll be the first to see the second room" and they had to "clean up" for us to check-in at 3p. Construction of 2nd room? What on earth does that mean?! Well, when we got there, I felt like we were in a completely different unit. The entryway was wobbly and very unstable, covered with artificial grass. There weren't any tools around yet we walked into an obvious still under construction, dirty, and hazardous unit with exposed concrete, nails/screws, two by fours, et cetera. Nothing looked as it did online, nor did we feel safe staying their (see front door!). Don't let those tropical plants fool you! SEE PHOTOS

This was perfect for my daughter and I, located in a cute neighborhood and close to many things. It was very clean and allowed for privacy, definitely felt like home away from home and would highly recommend.

Cute little place, very comfortable and quite. Privacy cottage is a good name for it. Nice patio and everything is paved except doggy bathroom area so no sand in shoes. Stocked with everything you would need. Convenient location and nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cute and cozy with a convenient location.

Perfect for 1-3 people. Close to beaches and good restaurant's. Recommend a little deep cleaning and patio area area swept. Overall great place, i would stay again.

It was our first time on the Clearwater area. We went for a weekend getaway to visit the Tarpon Springs town, which is only minutes away from this property. I recommend visiting this little town. It is beautiful. The Tampa area is also less than an hour away, so is a good central location. The neighborhood is quiet as well.

what a great trip!

My friend was visiting from another state and both of us wanted to have some fun visiting a new place. The cottage is in a great spot for everywhere we needed to go! The beach, a cute town to walk around in (downtown Dundin) were a quick drive away. The cottage had everything we needed inside and we both slept very comfortably in the room and on the couch.
