Charming property that is a ten minute walk to the beach. This is a perfect location with the smoothest waters on the island. Historic Frederiksted is less than a mile away. Beautiful sunsets and ocean views can be enjoyed while relaxing on an oversize porch. Rainbow Beach is just a fifteen minute walk with good food, jet skiing and more. Property has two queen size beds, one king size bed, full kitchen and a 65" flat screen TV. For your convenience, this propriety has wi-fi, washer/dry and everything you need to make yourself at home.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and beautiful. Each morning, the birds served as my natural alarm clock—their songs were like music, sometimes even serenading me at night. The proximity to the beach was also a wonderful bonus.

Our family had an excellent stay at this home. It's very spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. We ate most of our meals in, so it was nice to have everything we needed to cook. The neighborhood has a residential feel with very little thru traffic. Rainbow beach is an easy walk away and the backpack beach chairs the rental provided made days at the beach very relaxing. We also spent a lot of time on the large, covered veranda. Communication with our host was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property to family and friends!

New Year’s Stay

Loved the house! Six of us had plenty of room. My young niece pretty much took control of the huge TV, but we all enjoyed it when we settled in for the night. Close proximity to the Rainbow Beach and the festival village was really nice. Viewed a couple sunsets from the garage rooftop. Family members who stayed at other properties were definitely jealous. The hosts were super nice - enjoyed our conversations. I would stay at this location again without hesitation!

Perfect place to stay with your family

This home was perfect. The host (Dalton) was super helpful and assisted with everything from check-in to check-out, always making sure we were having a great stay. We had the bottom floor apartment, 49b. The house is in easy walking distance of the shoreline, specifically Rainbow beach. My wife and I walked down there a few times during the mornings when the kids were sleeping. The house had everything we needed. Tons of space, sleeping accommodations for everyone, two bathrooms, comfortable A/C, a great porch area, and great kitchen with brand new appliances. We could not have asked for anything more. This was perfect for us. I would highly recommend to any family looking for a peaceful home in an ideal location.
