Enter in on the private street of Old A1a, this street used to be 4x4 only but it has been updated for all vehicles. Welcome to Surf Haven that sits on over an acre lot, so you will enjoy privacy with your loved ones.

The driveway comfortably fits 4-5 cars. Then come on in! Walk-in to a foyer that has an entry to the garage where you will find all your beach gear, an arcade game and a full bathroom with a shower, which is perfect for after the beach! Head upstairs where you blown away with the views of the waves crashing. The main floor is filled with light and so much love! It is the heart of the home and where you will find you spend most of your time inside. Walk out from the living room to the ocean deck or off the dining room to views of the intracoastal. The kitchen is full of high end appliances and stocked with all the needed items to cook a gourmet meal!

The entire home is available for guest access. One garage is locked.

No smoking in the property.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure that we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge of any item(s). Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

We kindly ask that you stay off the sand dunes—they are vital to our coastal ecosystem and help protect the shoreline from erosion.

Additionally, this area is home to endangered sea turtles, especially during nesting season. Please do not disturb turtle nests, hatchlings, or any marked areas on the beach.

It is illegal to interfere with sea turtles or their nests, and doing so can result in significant fines under both state and federal law.

Let’s all do our part to protect these beautiful creatures and preserve the natural beauty of our beaches. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please do not stand or play on the wire balcony railings. If there are any damages to these the guest will be held responsible to pay for the full repair. Thank you for your understanding!

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Primary renter must be present at all times.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
