Very nice house, and good location. We stayed here with another couple, plenty of room and space. Walk to the beach was easy and nice. Pool area very nice. It is a three story house that has good views, but be ready for the stairs. Bedrooms are great, and comfortable. Lots of little pluses and treats by the hosts. Access to publix and other shopping very easy. Enjoyed sitting on the covered top patio.

The Ultimate Beach House—They Thought of Everything!

This place somehow managed to top our first stay! Returning for our second year felt like coming home, especially with the sweet welcome note, delicious local coffee sample, and complimentary offers for nearby shops waiting for us. The house itself is immaculate, with a kitchen balcony that serves up stunning ocean views. Speaking of the kitchen, it is unbelievably well-stocked—not just with pots, pans, and tools, but thoughtful extras like Tupperware and plastic wrap. The owners truly have thought of everything and more: suitcase stands, extra fans, books, games, and a full suite of beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a wagon for the super short walk to the sand). The outdoor space is top-tier with a great grilling area, pool, and hot tub (our family made daily use of the provided pool floats and balls!). Having comfy, separate living areas both off the kitchen and on the bottom floor gave everyone plenty of room to relax. We love this home and can’t wait to make it three years in a row next year!

The whole process was smooth from the start, and booking was a breeze! The communication before and during my stay was fantastic. I had no worries about the house, and it had everything we needed for the family. We really enjoyed our beach week, and the pool was spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked, and everything in the home worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay again without a second thought.

Beautiful home with lots of supplies to help you get started. Had young kids and elderly with us so stairs were not a feature we loved, but necessary for a great view!! Some minor issues at check in that were taken care of quickly. Wonderful time!! Celebrated the 50th wedding anniversary of two special people on this trip.

We loved our week long stay here! Would definitely stay here again for future trips! The pool and hot tub was great, there was plenty of beach gear to use, and the beach is very close! There was everything you needed in the kitchen and then some! The view from the balcony was perfect, close enough that you can see and hear the ocean! The host was amazing! We didn’t really have any issues but the one we did have they answered quickly and fixed it same day! Now this is a three story house so I don’t recommend it if you have trouble climbing stairs or one of your family members has trouble but I very highly recommend it to anyone else! It is a very gorgeous home, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and taken care of very well! Sad we had to leave, we absolutely love this place!

Fabulous!

We absolutely love this house - cozy, clean, and comfortable! It is taken care of very well and a lovely place to stay. When we had a tiny issue they were out to take care of it within AN HOUR! While we LOVE it, it may not be for people who cannot do 3 floors of stairs (to the top floor where the kitchen/family room). The new pool is an added bonus! Can't wait to go back!!
