Delightful 3 bed, fully loaded. Short walk to Indian Wells Tennis. Peace & Quiet

Simply wonderful and peaceful one level fully loaded three bedroom Seasonal rental. House has 1 king bed, 2 queen, two bath with covered patio. Fully loaded kitchen with three dining areas and a gas bbq. Only steps to the nearest community pool. Wireless Internet and smart tv's included. 2 car garage with direct access. Tenant privileges include fitness, pools, tennis, pickleball, clubhouse space for business meetings or social events. The Desert Breezes gated community boasts a very convenient location across from the Indian Wells tennis center. Its a 10 minute walk. Close to shopping, dining and minutes from most desert attractions. I'm excited to welcome new visitors to enjoy the house. Estate rules are that any rentals have to be 30 days. I offer a great value deal and happy to have people stay.

Great Stay in the Desert!

We loved Fraser's place! Wonderful location in Palm Desert in Desert Breezes, check-in was super easy and he was always available if we had any sort of issue.The home was very clean and well-stocked, pool is just steps outside the back patio which was very convenient. Kitchen was spacious and a large dining table was perfect for having guests over.Beds very comfy and the bathrooms were clean and nice. No major problems at all and any minor issues were taken care of immediately.Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at this condo in March 2024. It is a beautiful condo. I have no complaints at all. Check in was a breeze. Beds were so comfortable. The condo is beautifully decorated . Only a short walk to the pool. The host was amazing . He was so easy to communicate with. He always was available to answer all my questions . A pleasure to deal with! I would recommend this condo to anyone!

This house is great, quiet and in a lovely neighborhood. Its super close to one of the community pools and a short walk to other pools, clubhouse and tennis courts etc.
