Thank you for your feedback. However, we find this rating unfair given the quality of the property and the significant investment we make to maintain it to a high standard. From the nearly $10,000 Italian-made leather sofa to the high-end furnishings, dining table, brand-new mattresses, and two AC units, every detail has been carefully chosen to provide comfort and quality. We continuously maintain and upgrade the property and take great pride in offering one of Perth’s finest accommodations, with a beautiful private waterfront terrace. We also provide multiple extra pillows, stored under the beds and in the closets, and refresh our pillows every six months. We invest heavily in maintaining the quality and comfort of our properties, thoughtfully modernizing these beautiful heritage buildings while preserving their original integrity, character, and charm. Our goal is always to offer the best of both worlds: historic beauty and modern comfort. After nearly ten years of hosting and consistently excellent reviews, we understand that comfort is subjective, but we believe the overall quality, amenities, and care invested in this property deserve a fair assessment.
