Three bedrooms are located on the first level, including the main bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, access to the pool deck and private bathroom with a dual vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

The other two bedrooms on the first level both have queen beds and private bathrooms.

The 2nd level of the home features a huge bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, sofa, flat screen TV and plenty of board games. Just off this room and up a half flight of stairs you'll find a room with 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV. Both rooms share access to a full bathroom.

The outdoor space offers the perfect place the read in the shade or lounge in the sun. There are multiple sitting areas, a propane grill and a new pool and deck. The well-manicured backyard provides plenty of space to run and play while overlooking the golf course and low country scenery.
