This 2011 built, Oceanside Singleton Beach home offers all of the amenities you would expect from a new home construction with the added benefit of a Free Seasonal Golf Cart Shuttle Service to the Beach*. The beach access can be driven to in just 1 minute, bicycled to in 3 minutes or walked in 7 minutes.
32 Crabline Court is a beautifully appointed home featuring 2023 and 2024 updated furniture, appliances and accessories plus flat screen televisions with granite/quartz countertops in the kitchen and all bath areas. New vinyl plank flooring installed in 2023 and is located throughout the home. A private, heated and screened in pool is located directly behind the home. *Pool heated for an additional charge.
The first floor of 32 Crabline Court consists of an Owners Master Bedroom which has a king bed, a double dresser, seating area for two and a walk-in closet. The master bath has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The first floor second bedroom features a queen size bed, a double dresser, a seating area and a private bath with a single sink vanity with combination tub/shower. A 2023 installed, full sized LG washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.
The living/kitchen/dining areas all possess unique design features that tie the three spaces together into a beautiful living and dining space. The living room has a spacious area with a two-story ceiling allowing for ample sunlight through its four large windows. Furniture appointments include a sectional sofa with a queen air-mattress pull-out bed, two comfortable arm chairs and driftwood accent pieces. There is a 42' flat screen TV so guests may enjoy movies and entertainment. The kitchen, which is part of the great room, possesses ample counter and cabinet space. Bar stools around the corner breakfast bar area provide additional seating to the eight seat Hooker Furniture dining room table.
The second floor features a second master bedroom with a king bed, a double dressers, a seating area, ample closet space and a private bath with a vanity and a combination tub/shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have twin beds in each room with a double dresser, night stands and share a bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and ceiling fans.
Crabline Court is a beautiful enclave of luxury homes on a cul de sac featuring 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroom homes with pools. As Crabline Court is located next to the newest town park, you have easy access to tennis, basketball, soccer and baseball fields. The beach access can be driven to in just 1 minute, bicycled to in 3 minutes or walked in 7 minutes. The Crabline Court homes are located off Singleton Beach Road.

Nice property close to the beach, huge garage, becareful if you bring little kids because the front door can be easily open by them from the inside. The dinner card was greatly appreciated.
This Hilton Head home was the perfect getaway. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, explore the island's natural beauty, or indulge in some fine dining, this house has it all. It’s a true gem and one I highly recommend for anyone visiting Hilton Head. We’re already planning our next stay!

As a golfer myself, I am glad to hear your golf group enjoyed our home. Hilton Head offers great courses and some outstanding course values. With our home located on the North end of the island, we are 10 minutes from 11 on-island courses and about 15 minutes from 6 off-island courses. Add in some of the private clubs and other off-island courses and you have your choice of over 30 courses within a 25 minute drive. What a beautiful home. So comfortable and roomy. The heated pool was a big hit! We were close to the beach and made many trips there.

The property was great, close to local restaurants, easy walk to the beach and other activities. The property was well maintained, and we loved the pool area.
We had a party of 11 and the property had plenty of room for everyone. I found the area safe and quiet. We actually met one resident who was very friendly.
All in all a great visit, I wouldn't hesitate booking this unit again.

We stayed over Thanksgiving week. Home was clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed. Wifi was excellent. Everything worked. The location could not have been better. We brought bikes & it was nice to be able to store them in the garage. There are bike paths everywhere. The walk to the beach was easy & enjoyable but it is a walk. Helpful to bring a wagon or beach buggy if you want to take anything down to the beach.Make sure to bring your all your own spices for cooking, not even salt & pepper left there. They provide a small shampoo, conditioner, & soap like you would get in a hotel. We bought extra as we were there for the week. Side note: no blow dryers. We did bring our own. My only negative is Mark forgot the Dining card for us. Make sure you get that on day 1 of your stay or just don't expect it. To date we have not received it.

Also, we appreciate you noting that our location is within proximity to numerous biking paths as well as the beach which is only 700 yards away. It should be noted that during peak season, we offer a FREE golf cart shuttle service to and from the beach. Regarding your comment on spices/food items, indeed we do not provide those as it is a potential sanitary issue for our guest so we do have our guest purchase/bring their own. Regarding blow dryers, we have provided them in the past but we have had to replace them 10 times over due to them walking away. So, unfortunately we stopped providing them two years ago. Lastly, I did indeed forget to send you the Dining Card promotion during your stay. For that, I am sorry. As discussed however, I did send you via email a Visa Vanilla eGift card in the promotional amount indicated. That transaction was completed. We loved this place! We spent the week there leading up to my daughters graduation from SCAD. The house was clean and we cooked many family meals during our stay.
It is a pretty good walk to the beach, but if you are not up to it, a bicycle or the golf cart shuttle make it easy. Loved the screened in pool, it is perfect at night when you just want to sit around the pool and not get eaten by mosquitoes.
Would definitely stay here again.

As noted in many reviews, our cleaning company is top notch and we consider cleanliness to of upmost importance to us. This will always be a top priority. As our home is beachside, you have two beach options. Singleton Beach is semi-private and Burkes Beach is public. Both can be accessed during peak season using our FREE Golf Cart Shuttle Service. If you choose to walk, its about 7 minutes or 2-3 minutes by bike. Also, thank you for noting our pool is screened in. This serves two purposes.
