This cozy coastal apartment accommodates 4 guests in 1 bedroom and a sofa bed located in the living room. The bedroom is on the second floor of the home and is fitted with a queen-size bed, a 32" Smart TV, a dresser and a work desk. Please note that there is not a door into the upstairs bedroom. The second floor is an open, loft-style layout.


☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆

There is one bathroom located on the second floor with a standing shower. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.


☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING AND LIVING ROOM ☆☆

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home.

The cute, stylish living room is the perfect spot to stream your favorite movies or shows. There is a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests, a small dining table which seats four, a 55" Smart Roku TV and a beautiful bay window that allows ample natural light to flow into the apartment.


☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The exterior area of this home boasts a shared backyard area which has a Solo Stove firepit, picnic table and outdoor furniture. There's also a locked, medium-sized storage unit in the shed for guest use to store any of their extra belongings.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. There is a washer and dryer located in its own small laundry room on the second floor of the apartment. The first floor has a heat pump for heat and AC. The bedroom upstairs has a window unit AC during warmer months, and there is an electric baseboard heater for colder months. The bathroom upstairs also has an electric heater for colder months. There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway, as well as free street parking available. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home.

Please note there is a large run down Victorian home right next door that is owned by the City of Biddeford. It can cause a minor unsightly view once you're first getting to the property. The city is scheduled to start renovating the building in the summer of 2025 and we can't wait to see it restored to its original beauty!

- Guests must e-sign the TopHost Vacation Rentals property rental agreement in order to receive the access codes to the property. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us before booking.

- Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance.

Minisplit downstairs and electric heaters upstairs kept us cozy, Two TVs equipped with Roku made entertainment a breeze. Exactly as posted - clean and great a couple to stay in. The shower is small and the stairs have a low head clearance, so folks with mobility issues should likely not book this place. Weekend Getaway in Saco

Location: Even though the apartment is a short distance from downtown Saco, a 2-minute walk to Shaw's grocery store and Reny's department store, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the neighborhood was. With off-street parking, you can pull right up to the door to unload luggage or groceries. Inside this little apartment is just charming. The navy and gray decor with Maine accents is just perfect. It was wonderfully clean and spotless! It was very well stocked with everything you could need, as well as some real homey touches. Communication with hosts was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hosts were very mindful when deciding on provisions and amenities to represent the basic comforts of one's home: toiletries, cookware, washer / dryer, supplies for pets and children, lovely decor, supportive and comfortable couch and bed, Britta water filter, ability to log in to personal streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and Apple TV, plenty of drawer and closet space, and nice outdoor space. Amazingly clean too! Great communication, quick to respond when necessary, clear and thorough instructions re: checking in, the surrounding area, use of heaters, parking, and checking out. Saco is centrally located to offer many joyful events; dining, breweries, hiking, beaches, shopping. I highly recommend this adorable apartment.

Very cute inside, close to grocery market and walkable to downtown. A little concerned when we arrived that we were at the wrong place based on the outside but it turns out to be quite lovely. Bathroom is VERY small. My husband and I are both small size it worked for us. It would not work if you are tall…or of a larger stature…the shower is the size of a camper shower and the pictures do not portray it that way. Overall a lovely stay and very lovely hosts
