Wonderful little home will all the essentials needed. Location is amazing if you are a Bills fan! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. Tim was a great host who was terrific with his communication! Kids love the garage games!

Could not get any closer tot the Bill's Stadium without being inside it. We rented this property for staff lodging for a staff conference. So our reason was not was not football season. Worked perfectly for our needs. Highly recommend.
