Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom on North Shore, with Turtle Bay golf course views!


You will enjoy relaxing in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome located on the first fairway of the Fazio Golf Course at the Turtle Bay Resort! Beautiful golf course views with ocean view right past the golf course. You may even see some horses grazing in the distance! Gated entry to the Kuilima Estates West and on site security guards. Comes with one assigned parking stall. Also has guest stalls. Complex is on the bus route so if you don't have a rental car you can still access the resort! This is a fully furnished home with towels, bedding, kitchen amenities, etc. There is even a washer & dryer in the unit if needed! You may purchase groceries in Foodland store located near Waimea bay or in Laie town. There is a nice restaurant at the golf clubhouse/store that is walking distance.
This home is about 45-60 minutes from Honolulu Airport.
The home is on the second floor (no elevator) which allows for better views and faces the ocean. The living area has a large Smart TV, Split AC, opens to a covered lanai. The main bedroom has a very nice King size bed, large closet, flat screen tv, AC, fan, lamps. The loft bedroom has two full size beds, fan, lamp and Split AC. The main bathroom has a tub shower combo and the bathroom in the loft has a shower. The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave hood, refrigerator with ice maker & dishwasher. It is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker and Krueig single serve coffee maker, blender. There is a washer/dryer in the home.
There are ice chests, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, tennis rackets & pickleball paddles for your use. The complex has 3 swimming pools for your use, tennis/pickleball courts. You may also rent bikes, horses, surf boards, golf equipment at the hotel area or in Haleiwa.

We really enjoyed our stay in the North Shore! The condo was clean, very well stocked, and a convenient location to the activities we did. Jo Ann was easy to communicate with. If you have young children, Kuilima Cove just up the road is excellent. We even got to see 3 Hawaiian Monk Seals on two different days there as well as some sea turtles! Would definitely recommend this condo for your stay in the North Shore.

This rental was perfect. It came with all of the supplies we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkeling equipment for the whole family. AC units work very efficiently to combat the hot, muggy air outside. Property was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach, where we found Hawaiian monk seals, turtles, and tons of great wildlife. The place feels super cozy, and was the perfect getaway location for the whole family.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this condo. Jo Ann was great at communicating and fast to respond to any of our questions. We used the tennis and pickle ball courts daily. The pools were basic but worked well for our kids and the Turtle Bay beach was great. We ate at The Beach House and Lei Leis nearby and they had excellent service and food. Also make sure to check out the food trucks in Kahuku and explore Haleiwa. My one nit would be that the condo did not have shampoo or conditioner for guests, so make sure to bring your own.

Lovely stay at Turtle bay

This is our 3rd visit to the island and 2nd to Turtle bay. Love the quiet area. Condo was wonderful, clean, well stocked with necessities for day to day and lots of snorkels for the kids to use. Pool was great as well.
