3 yo old home in Knights Hill Association. Access to pool (till Sept 15), lake front beach and bathrooms. Perfect location for skiing at Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak), antique shopping, golfing weekend, girls weekend away, foliage trips, Fryberg Fair (10 miles away, September 2-October 5). Brand new Jacuzzi arriving in August, will be amazing on chilly fall nights!

The home was beautiful and exactly as the photos showed! It was very clean and comfortable. Kathleen was an amazing host! She answered my questions within a few minutes. We’ve been staying in this community for a few years. The people are very friendly, the pool area is nice and clean, the beach by the pond is nice to sit at as well. We will definitely be returning to this home for another getaway.

Perfect family get away! This house has it all. from a large kitchen (with all the essentials and then some) comfortable living room, 3 large bedroom and to top it off a basement with a pool table and ping pong table and great space to enjoy some fun nights. We had access to the pool and beach and it’s so close to downtown Bridgton. We’ll definitely be back! Our host was fantastic, she thought of everything to make our stay memorable.
