Love the house. This is our sixth year here. House was clean and family friendly. Have grandsons and they enjoy the pond and community pool that has a nice sandbox for kids with toys. Easy to get to Storyland for kids.

The house, and all its' amenities, was perfect for our family of ten. The beds were comfortable, the house was sparkling clean, it was roomy and only a short walk to the lake, which we did many times each day. The kayaks and the SUP were a bonus and our days always ended at the pool. Some of us played tennis while the kids horsed around in the water, making friends with other kids in the complex. Homeowners and staff were welcoming and happy to share their paradise in Knights Hill. We found the public areas to be well maintained. There are some very cool places in the area to hike, and there is no shortage of ice cream opportunities and other adventures we did not have time for. We enjoyed this quiet little haven, nestled between Naples and North Conway which were both bustling with activity if you like that sort of thing. You can't go wrong with this rental.

We highly recommend this property after our third year staying in this beautiful lake house. We are a group of four adults and two young children. We arrive each year to everything we need-a spacious layout with a bright and welcoming feel, a well appointed kitchen, and easy access to the Knights Hill scenic lake front and family friendly pool. This year’s rental process was once again seamless, the homeowner responsive and very helpful. Hope to continue our family tradition in Bridgton again next year!

The neighborhood has the best Bridgton has to offer with beach access to the beautiful lake, a view of the mountain from the beach, and a short 3-5 minute drive to ski or hike at Pleasant Mountain.

The property is really well maintained and laid out. It is also at the bottom of the hill and barely any roadside walking to get to the beach.
