Padre Island's Whitecap & Ellis Beach Getaway Condo--walk to beaches & seawall!

You'll love the proximity to Ellis and Whitecap beaches in North Padre Island. Simply walk across the street and you are at Ellis Beach and the seawall. Ride bikes on the seawall or rent e-bikes and ride down the miles of beaches. You can also drive onto the beaches with your car or golf cart. You may take a quick ride to the beloved Padre Island National Seashore for miles upon miles of beautiful shoreline and protected dunes that are part of this nearby national park. Walk to the jetty for great fishing or just observe the sea turtles in their element. This updated 2/2 condo comes complete with full kitchen and gadgets, linens, soaps, and outdoor amenities including a swimming pool and multiple grills in the complex's common area. This complex is a plant-lover's paradise with lush tropical plants and greenery filling the common areas. The unit has its own fenced in, private outdoor patio space with party lights and modern seating so you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine in the ocean air. The living room and two bedrooms are equipped with their own Smart TVs so everyone can watch their favorite streaming shows or connect to the condo's Wifi. The primary suite's blackout curtains let you sleep in as late as needed. Make yourself at home by hanging your clothes in the bedroom closets or utilize the dressers. This condo is part of an established two-story complex and the unit is located with easy access on the ground floor (first floor, no stairs to get in). The complex is gated and has ample free parking for residents and guests. The local neighborhood has golf cart, e-bike, beach cruiser, and beach equipment rentals nearby. There are also several restaurants, a general store, gas station, and a grocery store just 1.3 miles away. When you explore this neighborhood you'll find a tiki bar (about a block away) and a hotel across the street, both frequently hosting live music entertainment.
